【摘要】：《報(bào)刊的四種理論》是媒介規(guī)范理論的開(kāi)端,激發(fā)了媒介體制模式的討論,在歐洲、美國(guó)、第三世界國(guó)家都對(duì)其進(jìn)行了反思和完善。在變革中的媒體理論和政策環(huán)境中,新的起點(diǎn)是進(jìn)行三個(gè)層面的分析:哲學(xué)取向、政治體制和媒介體制,也就是相應(yīng)的規(guī)范傳統(tǒng)、民主模式和媒介角色。公共傳播的規(guī)范傳統(tǒng)有社團(tuán)主義、專業(yè)主義、社會(huì)責(zé)任論和公民參與,民主的模式有多元主義民主、行政民主、公民民主、直接民主,媒體的角色有監(jiān)督的角色、推進(jìn)的角色、激進(jìn)的角色、協(xié)作的角色。這是超越四種理論的替代性路徑。
[Abstract]:The four theories of newspapers and periodicals are the beginning of the theory of media norms, and stimulate the discussion of media system model. In Europe, America and the third world countries, they have been introspected and perfected. In the changing media theory and policy environment, the new starting point is the analysis of three levels: philosophical orientation, political system and media system, that is, the corresponding normative tradition, democratic model and media role. The normative traditions of public communication are corporatism, professionalism, social responsibility and citizen participation. The models of democracy include pluralistic democracy, administrative democracy, civil democracy, direct democracy, and the role of the media in supervision and promotion. A radical role, a collaborative role. This is the alternative path beyond the four theories.
