【摘要】：2016年,雷洋涉嫌嫖娼被拘致死案,引發(fā)了輿情對(duì)警察執(zhí)法行為的抗議。發(fā)現(xiàn)公眾大多質(zhì)疑警方的執(zhí)法方式和調(diào)查結(jié)果,深入追問雷洋死因和涉事警察不當(dāng)行為。輿論的關(guān)鍵議題有:警察執(zhí)法行為的規(guī)范問題,質(zhì)疑證據(jù)滅失問題,要求追查涉案警察的法律責(zé)任等。雷洋事件涉及一個(gè)生命的非正常死亡,唯有依照法定程序秉公辦案,及時(shí)公開信息,才能讓民眾更加相信法律,信任司法,雷洋案值得我們進(jìn)一步反思。
[Abstract]:In 2016, Lei Yang was arrested and killed in connection with prostitution, triggering a public opinion protest against police law enforcement. It was found that most of the public questioned the law enforcement methods and the results of the investigation, and questioned Lei Yang's death and police misconduct. The key issues of public opinion are: the norm of the police's law enforcement behavior, the question of the loss of evidence, the request to trace the legal responsibility of the police involved in the case, and so on. The incident of Lei Yang involves an abnormal death of life. Only by handling cases impartially according to the legal procedure and making public information in a timely manner can the public believe in the law and trust the judiciary. The Lei Yang case deserves our further reflection.
