【摘要】：輿論和輿情二者的關(guān)系一直以來都受到學(xué)界關(guān)注,二者之間既有區(qū)別,也有聯(lián)系。在全媒體背景下,社會大眾信息接觸渠道增多,公眾交流意見、分享情感的平臺多元化等因素,都催促著輿論和輿情二者關(guān)系的改變和發(fā)展。基于數(shù)字技術(shù)的進步,媒介環(huán)境和社會語境發(fā)生突破性的改變,讓輿論和輿情不再局限于"輿情是輿論的初始狀態(tài),而輿論是輿情的升華表現(xiàn)"的簡單聯(lián)系。在大眾傳播和人際傳播的交織傳播過程中,輿論和輿情在概念厘定、傳播過程和發(fā)展走向等方面,逐步呈現(xiàn)出不同程度的界線模糊、內(nèi)容粘連狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The relationship between public opinion and public opinion has been concerned by scholars all the time. Under the background of the whole media, the increase of the public information contact channels, the public exchange of opinions, the diversity of the platform of sharing emotion, all urge the change and development of the relationship between public opinion and public opinion. Based on the progress of digital technology, the media environment and social context have undergone a breakthrough change, so that public opinion and public opinion are no longer confined to "public opinion is the initial state of public opinion, and public opinion is the sublimation of public opinion". In the intertwined communication process of mass communication and interpersonal communication, public opinion and public opinion gradually show different degrees of blurring the boundary and the state of content adhesion in the aspects of concept determination, communication process and development trend.
