【摘要】：當前一些社會熱點事件特別是突發(fā)事件的新聞報道,大多是由網(wǎng)絡媒體首發(fā)。由于有些網(wǎng)絡媒體對信息編發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)監(jiān)管不嚴,導致傳播倫理失范現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,主要表現(xiàn)為人文關懷缺失、新聞報道失實、語言暴力泛濫等問題,因此需要建構網(wǎng)絡媒體傳播倫理規(guī)則。本文提出,基于網(wǎng)絡媒體開放性和交互性特征而建構傳播倫理規(guī)則,應在堅持真實、公正、獨立等現(xiàn)有倫理規(guī)則的同時,體現(xiàn)友好和真誠兩個原則。
[Abstract]:At present, some social hot events, especially emergency news reports, most of which are started by the network media. Due to the lack of strict supervision of information compilation and distribution by some network media, the phenomenon of communication ethics anomie occurs from time to time, mainly manifested in the lack of humanistic concern, misrepresentation of news reports, and the proliferation of language violence, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the ethical rules of network media communication. This paper proposes that the construction of communication ethics rules based on the open and interactive characteristics of network media should embody the principles of friendship and sincerity while adhering to the existing ethical rules such as truthfulness impartiality and independence.
