【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息過(guò)載成了每個(gè)人都面臨的問(wèn)題。加強(qiáng)此問(wèn)題的研究有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法統(tǒng)計(jì)信息過(guò)載研究文獻(xiàn)在年代、期刊和學(xué)科的分布特點(diǎn),并通過(guò)內(nèi)容分析法歸納分析該主題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該主題研究文獻(xiàn)總體上呈平穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);研究學(xué)者主要分布在圖書(shū)情報(bào)檔案、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)及新聞傳播領(lǐng)域;主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為信息資源的過(guò)載及信息利用的過(guò)載;構(gòu)建了信息過(guò)載模型并指出未來(lái)信息過(guò)載的研究應(yīng)關(guān)注新的信息源、信息渠道過(guò)載及非技術(shù)因素引起的信息過(guò)載。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and technology, information overload has become a problem for everyone. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on this issue. This paper uses bibliometrics to study the distribution characteristics of literature in years, journals and disciplines, and summarizes and analyzes the main research contents of this subject by means of content analysis. It is found that the research literature on this subject has a steady growth trend on the whole; the scholars are mainly distributed in the fields of library and information archives, computer science and news communication, and the main research contents are overload of information resources and overload of information utilization. The information overload model is constructed and it is pointed out that the study of information overload in the future should pay attention to the new information source, the information channel overload and the information overload caused by non-technical factors.
