【摘要】：全球性信息時(shí)代的到來,對(duì)信息科學(xué)、技術(shù)和社會(huì)等研究領(lǐng)域的全球合作提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在一個(gè)全球可持續(xù)信息社會(huì)的愿景中,不同于當(dāng)前人們利用技術(shù)、環(huán)境等公共資源的主導(dǎo)方式,它呼喚著科學(xué)技術(shù)、生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化乃至社會(huì)整體系統(tǒng)對(duì)公共資源的合理性應(yīng)用。與個(gè)人主義相反,向全球可持續(xù)信息社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型要求一種新的世界公民主義,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體的反身性革命。社會(huì)進(jìn)化是涌現(xiàn)的,那么向全球可持續(xù)信息社會(huì)的必要轉(zhuǎn)變并非不可能。
[Abstract]:The advent of the global information age poses a severe challenge to global cooperation in the fields of information science, technology and society. In the vision of a global sustainable information society, it calls for science and technology, ecology, economy, politics, unlike the current dominant way of people using public resources, such as technology, environment, etc. The rational application of the whole system of culture and society to public resources. In contrast to individualism, the transition to a global sustainable information society requires a new kind of world citizenship to realize the individual's reflexive revolution. Social evolution is emerging, so the necessary transition to a global sustainable information society is not impossible.
