我國傳統(tǒng)媒體與社交媒體關于“二孩”政策的議程影響研究

【摘要】:在當前研究中,筆者以主流報刊代表傳統(tǒng)媒體、以新浪微博代表社交媒體,進一步將媒體間議程影響的研究對象拓展到“全面放開二孩”公共政策上。借助內(nèi)容分析研究方法,筆者不僅僅探索了傳統(tǒng)媒體與社交媒體在涉及“全面放開二孩”公共政策時雙方媒體議程之間的互動影響關系,而且還探索了不同類型的社交媒體用戶如何影響社交媒體與傳統(tǒng)媒體在涉及“二孩”政策時的議程關系。當前研究發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)媒體的“二孩”議程與社交媒體的“二孩”議程存在著雙向的議程影響關系。雙方媒體之間的議程影響是一個相對動態(tài)的、交替的、復雜的過程:在“全面放開二孩”的政策決議剛通過后的第一個時間段里,傳統(tǒng)媒體的“二孩”議程單向地影響了社交媒體在第二個時間段的“二孩”議程;在接下來的幾個時間段里,傳統(tǒng)媒體與社交媒體分別構建著自身的“二孩”議程,雙方的“二孩”議程在整體上處于彼此割裂的狀態(tài);再之后的幾個時間段里,傳統(tǒng)媒體的“二孩”議程與社交媒體的“二孩”議程產(chǎn)生了比較穩(wěn)定的、規(guī)律性的相互影響,這種相互影響表現(xiàn)為傳統(tǒng)媒體在上一個時間段的議程影響了社交媒體在當前時間段的議程,而社交媒體在當前時間段的議程又影響了傳統(tǒng)媒體在下一個時間段的議程,并以此影響方式往返循環(huán)且少有斷裂。當前研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),社交媒體中不同類型的用戶在影響社交媒體與傳統(tǒng)媒體之間的議程關系上起到的作用存在著較大的差異:類型為“傳統(tǒng)媒體”的微博用戶最能夠影響雙方媒體之間的議程相關性;類型為“獨立的新媒體”、“政府機構或其官員”的微博用戶也能夠有效地影響雙方媒體之間的議程相關性;類型為“草根意見領袖”以及“行業(yè)意見領袖”的微博用戶影響雙方媒體之間的議程相關性的能力相當,但其能力要小于前三類微博用戶;類型為“普通草根用戶”以及“企業(yè)組織或其高管”的微博用戶影響雙方媒體之間的議程相關性的能力則微乎其微。
[Abstract]:In the current study, the author uses mainstream newspapers as the representative of traditional media and Sina Weibo as social media, further expanding the research object of the influence of inter-media agenda to the public policy of "fully liberalizing the second child". With the help of the research method of content analysis, the author not only explores the interaction between the traditional media and social media when it comes to the public policy of "opening up the two children", but also explores the interaction between the media agenda of both sides. It also explores how different types of social media users influence the agenda of social media and traditional media when it comes to the "two-child" policy. Current studies have found that the two-child agenda in traditional media has a two-way relationship with the two-child agenda in social media. The agenda impact between the media on both sides is a relatively dynamic, alternating, complex process: in the first period after the adoption of the policy resolution on "fully liberalizing the second child," The "two-child" agenda in traditional media has a unidirectional impact on the second child agenda in social media, and in the following time periods, traditional media and social media have constructed their own "two-child" agendas, respectively. The two sides'"two-child" agenda is divided from each other as a whole, and over the next few periods, the "two-child" agenda of the traditional media and the "two-child" agenda of social media have a relatively stable and regular interaction. This interaction is reflected in the fact that the agenda of the traditional media in the previous period affects the agenda of the current period of social media, and that the agenda of the current period of social media affects the agenda of the traditional media in the next period. In this way, the cycle is round and there is little fracture. Current research has also found that, The role of different types of social media users in influencing the agenda relationship between social media and traditional media is quite different: Weibo users with the type of "traditional media" are the most able to influence the media of both parties. Agenda relevance; Weibo users of "independent new media", "government agencies or their officials", can also effectively influence the relevance of agendas between media on both sides; The ability of Weibo users who are "grassroots opinion leaders" and "industry opinion leaders" to influence the relevance of the agenda between the media of both sides is equal, but its ability is smaller than that of the first three kinds of Weibo users. Weibo users, who are "ordinary grassroots users" and "corporate organizations or their executives," have little ability to influence the relevance of agendas between media outlets.
