【摘要】：出版自由是歐洲資產(chǎn)階級作為擺脫封建思想專制的策略提出來的。德國普魯士政府對報刊出版長期采取高壓政策,使得熱衷于報刊工作的馬克思成為書報檢查制度的受害者。為了維護人民對政府及官僚體制批評與監(jiān)督的政治權(quán)利,打破"自由出版的報刊"實際上成為官方意志傳聲筒的局面,馬克思比較系統(tǒng)地提出了出版自由思想:新聞出版的自由屬性與人民精神融為一體;新聞出版自由實際上體現(xiàn)了不同等級的精神與物質(zhì)利益;新聞出版自由代表著人類精神活動的特權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The freedom of the press was put forward by the European bourgeoisie as a strategy to get rid of feudal ideology autocracy. The German Prussian government adopted a policy of high pressure on the publication of newspapers and periodicals for a long time, which made Marx, who was keen on the work of newspapers and periodicals, the victim of the censorship system of books and newspapers. In order to safeguard the political rights of the people to criticize and supervise the government and the bureaucratic system, and to break the situation that "the free press" actually became the voice of the official will, Marx systematically put forward the idea of freedom of the press: the free attribute of press and publication is integrated with the spirit of the people, the freedom of the press actually embodies the spirit and material interests of different levels; Freedom of the press represents the privilege of human spiritual activity.
