【摘要】：正近年來,我國的對外傳播能力有了顯著提升,國際傳播戰(zhàn)略的全球化布局不斷完善,對國際輿論的影響力也在大幅度提高。這不僅體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、落地率等經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)上,也體現(xiàn)在傳播觀念的創(chuàng)新,特別是對外傳播話語體系的構(gòu)建上,還表現(xiàn)在傳播方式上敢于主動發(fā)聲、強(qiáng)化正面宣示。然而,在全球輿論場中,"西強(qiáng)中弱"的不平衡傳播格局依然存在,西方政局的變化讓世界的不確定性在增強(qiáng),開放、互動和跨界的信息傳播新格局已初步形成。面
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's ability to communicate with the outside world has been greatly improved, the global distribution of international communication strategy has been continuously improved, and its influence on international public opinion has also been greatly enhanced. This is not only reflected in the network construction, landing rate and other economic indicators, but also in the innovation of communication concept, especially in the construction of foreign communication discourse system, but also in the way of communication dare to speak out and strengthen the positive declaration.
