【摘要】：【目的/意義】社交媒體網(wǎng)絡成為突發(fā)事件的主要傳播平臺,也使得網(wǎng)絡輿情影響力得到更大范圍的擴散和傳播�！痉椒�/過程】本文首先梳理了國內(nèi)外學者對社交媒體網(wǎng)絡輿情傳播影響力研究的現(xiàn)狀,從研究著力點、研究方法、衡量因素及評價方法進行評述。然后,對影響社交媒體網(wǎng)絡輿情傳播的信息生態(tài)鏈、群體情緒研究進行分析。最后,從加強政府治理輿情治理的可控性角度,對社交媒體網(wǎng)絡輿情傳播影響力的指標構(gòu)建情況分析。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】本文認為,為提高對網(wǎng)絡輿情影響力的可控性,應從公眾情緒、媒體責任、政府治理加強引導和治理。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] Social media networks become the main communication platform for emergencies, It also makes the influence of network public opinion spread and spread on a wider scale. [method / process] this paper first combs the current situation of the research on the influence of social media network public opinion communication by domestic and foreign scholars, and from the point of view of the research, the research methods. The measurement factors and evaluation methods are reviewed. Then, the information ecological chain that affects the social media network public opinion dissemination, the group sentiment research carries on the analysis. Finally, from the point of view of strengthening the controllability of the governance of public opinion, this paper analyzes the construction of the indicators of the influence of social media network public opinion dissemination. [results / conclusion] this paper holds that, in order to improve the controllability of the influence on the network public opinion, Should be from the public mood, media responsibility, government governance to strengthen guidance and governance.
