【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡輿情和網(wǎng)絡輿論是網(wǎng)民對公共事務的言論態(tài)度。網(wǎng)絡輿情和網(wǎng)絡輿論是學界研究的熱點問題,但學界仍然普遍存在將兩者混用的情況,厘清兩者的基本概念與內(nèi)涵,有針對性地提出輿情引導和輿論管理策略,對于網(wǎng)絡輿論理論研究與網(wǎng)絡思想政治工作的順利開展具有重要理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The network public opinion and the network public opinion are the netizen's speech attitude to the public affairs. Network public opinion and network public opinion are hot issues in academic circles, but there is still the situation that they are mixed in academic circles, the basic concepts and connotations of the two are clarified, and public opinion guidance and public opinion management strategies are put forward pertinently. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for the theoretical research of network public opinion and the smooth development of network ideological and political work.
