【摘要】：[目的/意義]以價(jià)值評(píng)估角度,調(diào)查國(guó)外開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的進(jìn)展,為推動(dòng)我國(guó)開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)工作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展具有重要意義,[方法/過(guò)程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和案例分析的研究方法,闡述開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)價(jià)值評(píng)估的要求,探討開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)價(jià)值評(píng)估的方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析美國(guó)、英國(guó)、澳大利亞主要國(guó)家以及國(guó)際組織在開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)價(jià)值評(píng)估的具體實(shí)踐。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]得出認(rèn)識(shí)開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)價(jià)值評(píng)估的困境、重視并開展開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值評(píng)估、注重開放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)價(jià)值評(píng)估方法的啟示。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to investigate the progress of open government data abroad from a value assessment perspective, In order to promote the further development of the open government data work in China, [methods / processes] using the research methods of literature research and case analysis, expounds the requirements of open government data value assessment. This paper discusses the methods of open government data value assessment, and analyzes the practical practice of open government data value assessment in the main countries of the United States, Britain, Australia and international organizations on this basis. [results / conclusion] the difficulties of value evaluation of open government data are recognized, the value evaluation of open government data is emphasized and the enlightenment of value evaluation method of open government data is emphasized.
