網(wǎng)絡惠老發(fā)展探究:基于中老年網(wǎng)民的上網(wǎng)行為調查

【摘要】:通過調查中老年電腦網(wǎng)民的上網(wǎng)行為,一是發(fā)現(xiàn)服務優(yōu)勢與特定目的是他們上網(wǎng)和接觸不同網(wǎng)絡服務的主要原因,并表現(xiàn)為以信息獲取為主體的活動模式和功用評價,急需老年網(wǎng)站的專業(yè)化建設及大力推廣;二是得出用戶因素是影響其上網(wǎng)行為的根本因素,媒介因素是影響其對不同網(wǎng)絡服務接觸頻率或接受態(tài)度的關鍵因素,環(huán)境因素主要會影響其對不同網(wǎng)絡服務的接觸態(tài)度,進而結合積極老齡化的內涵提出了網(wǎng)絡媒介的惠老發(fā)展策略。策略包括提高老年群體的觸網(wǎng)意識和上網(wǎng)能力,推廣老人上網(wǎng)設備和信息無障礙設計,加強營造關懷、養(yǎng)用結合的網(wǎng)絡媒體內容惠老建設和傳統(tǒng)老年媒體的網(wǎng)絡化傳播,構建網(wǎng)絡化居家養(yǎng)老生活服務系統(tǒng),培育網(wǎng)絡媒介惠老發(fā)展的內外支撐環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:Through investigating the Internet behavior of the middle-aged and elderly computer users, the first is to find that the main reasons for their access to the Internet and different network services are the service advantages and specific purposes, and the main performance is the activity mode and function evaluation with information acquisition as the main body. The professional construction and promotion of the elderly websites are urgently needed. Second, it is concluded that the user factor is the fundamental factor affecting their Internet access behavior, and the media factor is the key factor affecting their contact frequency or attitude towards different network services. Environmental factors will mainly affect their contact attitude to different network services, and then put forward the strategy of promoting the old development of network media combined with the connotation of active aging. The strategies include improving the sense of network contact and ability of the elderly, popularizing the design of network equipment and information accessibility for the elderly, strengthening the construction of care, building up the network media content with the combination of maintenance and use, and the network communication of the traditional media for the elderly. To construct the network-based life service system for the aged and foster the supporting environment for the development of the network media.
