【摘要】：大眾傳媒作為社會的公器,承擔著為公眾傳播信息、弘揚社會正義、引導社會向善的重任,但在實際的新聞傳播活動中,媒介從業(yè)者常常處于難以抉擇的矛盾之中,而這些矛盾又直指新聞正義問題。就媒介對地方的報道來說,媒介從業(yè)者往往會采用特定的框架對地方進行新聞報道,通過建構正面或負面的地方形象引導受眾的地方認知和評價。而受眾作為主動的意義建構者,在媒介框架引導下,也會通過自身心理機制對媒介信息做出不同反應,并最終在頭腦中形成正面或負面的地方印象。一般來說,媒介通過框架的選擇和運用,可以建構不同的地方形象,從而在受眾地方印象形成中起到不同的引導作用。媒介引導受眾形成地方正面印象,有助于公眾的地方認知和評價,能夠促進地方發(fā)展,符合媒介的新聞正義;但地方負面印象則容易使受眾對地方產生誤讀,給地方發(fā)展帶來難以估量的負面效應,與媒介的新聞正義相背離。因此,媒介如何在地方報道中實現新聞正義,地方又如何有效利用媒介建構正面印象成為值得討論的問題�；诖�,本文主要運用框架理論研究媒介傳播框架與地方印象建構之間的關系,首先對媒介傳播的框架理論、地方印象的建構以及這二者之間的關系進行了闡述;接著通過實例論述了地方印象從真實現實到媒介現實,從媒介現實到刻板化的過程;然后以框架理論和新聞正義理論為依據,重點分析了媒介在地方印象建構中的正義原則;最后分別對媒介框架的修正和地方印象的正面塑造兩個方面提出相應的建議。
[Abstract]:Mass media, as the public organ of the society, undertakes the task of spreading information for the public, carrying forward social justice and guiding the society to the good, but in the actual news communication activities, the media practitioners are often in the contradiction of difficult choice. And these contradictions point directly to the issue of news justice. As far as media coverage is concerned, media practitioners often use a specific framework for local news reporting. Through the construction of positive or negative local image to guide the local cognition and evaluation of the audience, and the audience, as the active meaning constructor, under the guidance of the media framework, will also make different responses to the media information through their own psychological mechanism. And eventually form a positive or negative local impression in the mind. Generally speaking, the media can construct different local images through the choice and use of the frame. The media can guide the audience to form the local positive impression, which is helpful to the local cognition and evaluation of the public, and can promote the local development and accord with the news justice of the media. However, the local negative impression makes the audience misread the place, brings incalculable negative effect to the local development, and deviates from the news justice of the media. Therefore, how does the media realize the news justice in the local report? It is worth discussing how to effectively use the media to construct positive impression. Based on this, this paper mainly uses frame theory to study the relationship between media communication framework and local impression construction, first of all, it studies the frame theory of media communication. The construction of local impression and the relationship between them are expounded, and then the process of local impression from real reality to media reality, from media reality to stereotype is discussed through examples. Then on the basis of frame theory and news justice theory, this paper focuses on the analysis of the principles of justice in the construction of local impression, and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions on the revision of media framework and the positive shaping of local impression.
