【摘要】：“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”是德國(guó)社會(huì)學(xué)家烏爾里�！へ惪嗽�1986年提出的一個(gè)概念,吉登斯在他的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)這一概念進(jìn)行了豐富和發(fā)展�！帮L(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”主要是指在全球化的進(jìn)程中,科學(xué)和技術(shù)不斷的發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)脫離了自然界和傳統(tǒng)的束縛,然而卻面臨多種多樣非自然風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的狀態(tài)。根據(jù)貝克和吉登斯的論斷,我國(guó)已然已經(jīng)是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)中的一員。另一方面,根據(jù)葛蘭西、鮑德里亞等學(xué)者關(guān)于話語權(quán)的探討,在“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”掌握話語權(quán),對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,維護(hù)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義制度有著至關(guān)重要的作用。此外,新時(shí)期,我國(guó)媒介在“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”環(huán)境下也正經(jīng)歷著一場(chǎng)大的變革,新媒體技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,致使傳統(tǒng)媒體面臨極大的生存困境,而走出困境的唯一方式是自身的變革和轉(zhuǎn)型。這個(gè)過程中,出現(xiàn)了很多問題。新媒體的開放性致使傳播者和受眾的身份界限變得模糊,受眾話語地位的提升使得主流媒體話語空間受到擠壓,同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了主流媒體話語與民間話語的對(duì)峙等現(xiàn)象,西方價(jià)值觀也更容易侵蝕我國(guó)社會(huì)主義價(jià)值體系。因此,要堅(jiān)定我國(guó)社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài),就必須促進(jìn)主流媒體話語權(quán)的回歸和建設(shè)。本文通過對(duì)貝克風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)理論的梳理,同時(shí)結(jié)合我國(guó)新時(shí)期的媒體環(huán)境重點(diǎn)對(duì)“艾滋病在我國(guó)的發(fā)展”以及“成都彭州石化”事件的媒介話語進(jìn)行了收集和分析,采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、案例分析法等研究方法,來研究新時(shí)期我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)的本土化內(nèi)涵和特征、媒體的話語變遷規(guī)律、以及主流媒體面對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件時(shí)話語表達(dá)中存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出了一系列新時(shí)期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)環(huán)境下我國(guó)主流媒體話語權(quán)回歸與建設(shè)的路徑。
[Abstract]:"risk society" is a concept put forward by German sociologist Ulrich Baker in 1986, and Giddens enriched and developed the concept on his basis. "risk society" mainly refers to the process of globalization. With the development of science and technology, human society is free from the shackles of nature and tradition, yet it faces a variety of unnatural risks. According to Beck and Giddens, On the other hand, according to the discussion of Glaxi, Baudrillard and other scholars about the right to speak, in the "risk society", the right to speak is of great importance to the realization of social stability. The maintenance of our socialist system plays a vital role. In addition, in the new era, the media in our country are undergoing a great change in the "risk society" environment, and the continuous development of new media technology. The only way to get out of the dilemma is to change and transform itself. In this process, there are many problems. The openness of new media makes the boundaries of identity between the communicator and the audience blurred. The promotion of the status of the audience discourse makes the mainstream media discourse space be squeezed, at the same time, there appears the phenomenon of confrontation between the mainstream media discourse and the folk discourse. Western values are also more likely to erode the socialist value system of our country. In order to strengthen the socialist ideology of our country, we must promote the return and construction of the discourse right of the mainstream media. At the same time, the media discourse of "AIDS in China" and "Chengdu Pengzhou Petrochemical" is collected and analyzed in combination with the media environment of the new period in China, and the research methods such as literature analysis method and case analysis method are adopted. To study the localization and characteristics of risk society in China in the new period, the law of media discourse change, and the problems existing in the discourse expression of mainstream media in the face of risk events. Then it puts forward a series of ways to return and construct the right of discourse of the mainstream media in the new period of risk society environment.
