【摘要】：構(gòu)建和發(fā)展“一帶一路”背景下的中國(guó)國(guó)際傳播大格局,加強(qiáng)中國(guó)媒體的對(duì)外傳播能力,是黨的新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體為適應(yīng)當(dāng)代國(guó)際傳播格局變化而提出的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。構(gòu)建中國(guó)國(guó)際傳播大格局,地方媒體的作用不容忽視,特別是邊疆省區(qū)的媒體,其重要性日益凸顯。而在對(duì)外傳播中,渠道建設(shè)是一個(gè)非常重要的因素。在傳播內(nèi)容確定的情況下,渠道的暢通就成為了傳播效果的決定因素。因此,在對(duì)外傳播中必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地完善傳統(tǒng)的傳播渠道,構(gòu)建新型的傳播渠道,把渠道建設(shè)作為發(fā)揮國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的重要手段。吉林省作為我國(guó)邊疆省區(qū)之一,地處東北亞中心區(qū)域,是中國(guó)面向東北亞國(guó)家傳播的前沿和重地。本文以吉林省對(duì)外傳播的渠道建設(shè)實(shí)踐為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用國(guó)際傳播學(xué)中關(guān)于大眾傳播渠道建設(shè)的理論,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、深入訪談法和案例分析法開(kāi)展調(diào)查研究,從一次建設(shè)(傳播基礎(chǔ))和二次建設(shè)(語(yǔ)言文化)兩方面對(duì)吉林省對(duì)外傳播的現(xiàn)有渠道進(jìn)行研究梳理,分析解決其在渠道建設(shè)中存在的資金不足、技術(shù)落后、內(nèi)容單調(diào)、手段粗糙、效果難測(cè)等問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上為吉林省對(duì)外傳播渠道建設(shè)提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:To build and develop China's international communication structure under the background of "Belt and Road", and to strengthen the ability of Chinese media to spread abroad, It is an important strategic measure put forward by the new generation of leading collectives of the Party to adapt to the change of the contemporary international communication pattern. The role of local media in constructing China's great pattern of international communication cannot be ignored, especially the media in the frontier provinces and regions. Its importance is becoming more and more prominent. In the external communication, channel construction is a very important factor. When the content of communication is determined, the unblocked channel becomes the decisive factor of the communication effect. In the process of external communication, we must improve the traditional communication channels with the times, construct new communication channels and take the channel construction as an important means to bring into play the soft power of our country. Jilin Province, as one of the frontier provinces in China, is located in the central region of Northeast Asia. This paper takes the practice of channel construction in Jilin Province as the research object, applies the theory of mass communication channel construction in international communication, and adopts the literature analysis method. Field investigation method, in-depth interview method and case analysis method to carry out investigation and research, from the two aspects of primary construction (communication basis) and secondary construction (language and culture) to sort out the existing channels of external communication in Jilin Province. This paper analyzes and solves the problems in channel construction, such as insufficient funds, backward technology, monotonous content, rough means, difficult effect and so on. On this basis, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of external communication channel in Jilin Province.
