【摘要】：[目的 /意義]服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是知識型服務(wù)機構(gòu)不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)水平和提高服務(wù)效率的關(guān)鍵要素,而有效地保護服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是其維持競爭優(yōu)勢和實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。[方法 /過程]采用文獻(xiàn)計量法、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法、內(nèi)容分析法對1990-2017年間的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)回顧和梳理。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]國內(nèi)外對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新保護的研究仍處于起步階段,主要集中在保護方法的分類及有效性,關(guān)注保護機制與保護策略,并興起對開放式創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新保護悖論研究。
[Abstract]:[Objective] / significance of service innovation is knowledge intensive service institutions continue to improve service levels and improve the efficiency of the key elements of the service, and effectively protect the service innovation is the important guarantee to maintain the competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. / the process of using bibliometric method, social network analysis, content analysis of 1990-2017 years the relevant research literature made a systematic review. Results / conclusions] domestic and foreign research on service innovation protection is still in its infancy, classification and effectiveness are mainly concentrated in the protection method, pay attention to the protection mechanism and protection strategy, and the rise of research on service innovation protection paradox under the open innovation environment.
