【摘要】：移動新聞客戶端是人們日常獲取新聞資訊的主要途徑之一。了解移動新聞客戶端用戶的實際需求、掌握用戶偏好,有助于提高新聞資訊服務質量、提高用戶滿意度、鞏固和增加用戶群。本文以期望確認模型和信息系統(tǒng)成功模型為基礎,結合移動新聞客戶端的特點,研究影響用戶持續(xù)使用移動新聞客戶端的因素。實證研究表明,心理距離對感知有用性、感知趣味性均作用顯著;信息質量在本文環(huán)境下對感知有用性的作用不顯著,而對感知趣味性和滿意度均作用顯著。
[Abstract]:Mobile news client is one of the main ways for people to obtain news information from day to day. Understanding the actual needs of mobile news clients and grasping user preferences will help to improve the quality of news information service. Based on the expected confirmation model and the successful model of information system, this paper combines the characteristics of mobile news client. The empirical research shows that psychological distance plays a significant role in perceived usefulness and perceived interest; The effect of information quality on perceived usefulness is not significant in this paper, but it plays a significant role in perceived interest and satisfaction.
