【摘要】：正為規(guī)范中國外國文學(xué)學(xué)會及其下屬二級學(xué)會的活動,茲根據(jù)國務(wù)院2016年2月6日發(fā)布的《社會團(tuán)體登記管理條例》(修正版)第十七條("社會團(tuán)體的分支機(jī)構(gòu)、代表機(jī)構(gòu)是社會團(tuán)體的組成部分,不具有法人資格,應(yīng)當(dāng)按照其所屬于的社會團(tuán)體的章程所規(guī)定的宗旨和業(yè)務(wù)范圍,在該社會團(tuán)體授權(quán)的范圍內(nèi)開展活動、發(fā)展會員。社會團(tuán)體的分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得再設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)。")以及第十條("全國性的社會團(tuán)體的名稱冠以‘中國’‘全國’‘中華’等字樣的,應(yīng)當(dāng)按照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定經(jīng)過批準(zhǔn),地方
[Abstract]:In order to regulate the activities of the Chinese Society of Foreign Literature and its subordinate secondary societies, we hereby refer to Article 17 of the regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social organizations (amended Edition) issued by the State Council on February 6, 2016 ("branches of social organizations," A representative organization is a component of a social organization and does not have the status of a legal person. It shall, in accordance with the purposes and scope of business stipulated in the articles of association of the social organization to which it belongs, carry out activities and develop its members within the scope authorized by the social organization. Branches of a social organization shall not be further established.
