【摘要】：流動(dòng)性是現(xiàn)代性的標(biāo)志,火車作為19世紀(jì)新型機(jī)械化移動(dòng)工具,使流動(dòng)性達(dá)到前所未有的水平。火車意象貫穿于19世紀(jì)后期到20世紀(jì)初期的美國小說,這一時(shí)期的美國小說全面考察了火車流動(dòng)性的多個(gè)維度,展現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代性的多重影響,主要表現(xiàn)在:一方面,火車引起時(shí)間的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、空間的秩序化、地域的全球化等一系列現(xiàn)代性特點(diǎn)。另一方面,火車也顯現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)代性的悖論——火車既是自由和進(jìn)步的象征,也是束縛和壓迫的途徑;既是各個(gè)階級(jí)和種族相互爭奪的空間,也是不同階級(jí)展開對(duì)話的平臺(tái)。因此,美國文學(xué)對(duì)火車流動(dòng)性的表征做出了兩大獨(dú)特貢獻(xiàn):流動(dòng)性的具身性和反思的現(xiàn)代性。
[Abstract]:Mobility is the symbol of modernity. As a new mechanized moving tool in the 19 th century, the mobility of train has reached an unprecedented level. The train image runs through the American novels from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. The American novels of this period have comprehensively examined the many dimensions of train mobility and demonstrated the multiple influences of modernity, mainly as follows: on the one hand, Train causes a series of modern characteristics such as standardization of time, order of space and globalization of region. On the other hand, the train also shows the paradox of modernity-it is not only the symbol of freedom and progress, but also the way to restrain and oppress. It is not only the space for each class and race to compete for each other, but also the platform for dialogue between different classes. Therefore, American literature has made two unique contributions to the characterization of train mobility: the nature of mobility and the modernity of reflection.
