　　隱喻研究既古老又新興。古老是因?yàn)槲覀儗?duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的探索已有2000多年的研究歷史;說(shuō)它新興,因?yàn)殡[喻幾經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)型:修辭學(xué)---語(yǔ)義學(xué)---認(rèn)知隱喻---隱喻多學(xué)科研究,已從最初的傳統(tǒng)修辭層面走向當(dāng)代認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究,已從過(guò)去被當(dāng)作一種語(yǔ)言的偏離現(xiàn)象到認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究的顯學(xué)。當(dāng)今,隱喻已不僅僅是一種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象,它更是人類(lèi)認(rèn)識(shí)自身和感知客觀世界的一種認(rèn)知能力,一種思維方式。近三十年來(lái)認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)對(duì)隱喻的研究已在多個(gè)方面取得進(jìn)展,集中體現(xiàn)在詞匯、短語(yǔ)和句子層面。而相比詞語(yǔ)和句子層面更大的單位-----語(yǔ)篇層面,隱喻研究則有所忽視和呈現(xiàn)出明顯的不足。意義的構(gòu)建在很大程度上歸屬于語(yǔ)篇。隱喻作為一種思維方式和認(rèn)知工具,從理論與實(shí)踐上可以體現(xiàn)在語(yǔ)言的各個(gè)層面,不僅是個(gè)別單詞、短語(yǔ)、句子,還可以在語(yǔ)篇層面上延伸和擴(kuò)展。語(yǔ)篇層面上的隱喻研究,突破了傳統(tǒng)隱喻研究把注意力集中在詞匯、短語(yǔ)、句子層面上的限制,把隱喻看作是一種強(qiáng)有力的認(rèn)知工具與語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)建組織的策略,在更為廣闊的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境中尋求隱喻意義的生成機(jī)制,以語(yǔ)篇隱喻為窗口探索人類(lèi)語(yǔ)言的功能。詩(shī)歌作為一種特殊的文學(xué)樣式,與隱喻有著密切的聯(lián)系。隱喻是詩(shī)歌的生命原則和組織材料,...
