中美商務(wù)談判沖突解決風格的跨文化解析

近二十年以來,跨文化交際和沖突解決這兩個學術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究日趨繁榮。沖突普遍存在于人們?nèi)粘I詈蜕鐣煌母鱾層面之中,無論是人與人之間、家庭之間、鄰里之間還是企業(yè)之間、黨派之間甚至國家之間都存在著形形色色的矛盾和沖突。可以說,這個世界上是不存在“零沖突”的國家或地區(qū)的。引發(fā)沖突的原因可謂是千差萬別,其解決方法也是變化萬千。汀-圖梅(1995)經(jīng)研究指出人們在解決沖突的過程中往往會受到自身文化因素的影響,即使面對同一沖突,不同文化背景中的人由于有著完全不同的價值觀、思維模式和行為方式,其解決沖突的方式可能也會有天壤之別。隨著全球化的經(jīng)濟時代的到來,中國正以前所未有的胸襟,全方位、多層次、多領(lǐng)域、堅定的實施對外開放的戰(zhàn)略。中美作為世界上兩個重要的國家,商務(wù)往來日益頻繁,貿(mào)易數(shù)額與日俱增,中美貿(mào)易已成為世界貿(mào)易的重要組成部分之一。有貿(mào)易往來,就必有商務(wù)談判,而在此過程中又難免會出現(xiàn)矛盾。中美兩國文化價值體系的分歧更是加深了雙方在緊缺資源、談判目標及程序等問題上的沖突。由于談判雙方講不同的語言、有著不同的文化價值觀,情景往往會變得十分復雜,談判雙方間的矛盾和沖突也會更加的頻繁與激烈。當沖突發(fā)生以...
