詞匯是語言的建筑材料,詞匯習(xí)得是語言習(xí)得至關(guān)重要的一部分。語言和文化息息相關(guān),它承載著豐富的文化內(nèi)涵。二語學(xué)習(xí)者如果只了解詞匯的概念意義,而不重視其文化意義的習(xí)得,很可能導(dǎo)致詞匯的誤用。同時,第二語言的學(xué)習(xí)者,受母語詞匯負(fù)遷移的影響,完全不知或忽視第二語言詞匯所包含的不同的文化意義,以至于不能正確理解和使用第二語言詞匯。本研究從詞匯的不同含義出發(fā),結(jié)合漢語在英語學(xué)習(xí)中產(chǎn)生的影響,提出了基本假設(shè)：在二語詞匯習(xí)得過程中,二語學(xué)習(xí)者如果具備跨文化意識,了解第二語言的文化,就會減少負(fù)遷移,從而促進(jìn)第二語言學(xué)習(xí)中的詞匯習(xí)得。為了對英漢語言中詞匯文化內(nèi)涵之間的差異進(jìn)行客觀的分析,作者選取了青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)75名大學(xué)二年級非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了實(shí)證性研究。受試分為三組,在對詞匯的文化背景知識有不同程度掌握的前提下,檢驗(yàn)他們能否恰當(dāng)?shù)貞?yīng)用詞匯,成功地習(xí)得詞匯,通過三組對比分析來說明文化因素在二語詞匯習(xí)得中所起的作用。強(qiáng)調(diào)文化因素在二語詞匯習(xí)得過程中的重要性,力求探討將文化教學(xué)引入詞匯教學(xué)之中的必要性。作者對非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生的文化意識和課堂教學(xué)中文化導(dǎo)入的看法進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明文化意識在二語詞匯習(xí)得過程中是...
