從翻譯研究發(fā)展的歷史來看，譯者主體性成為翻譯研究的重要課題經(jīng)歷了漫長的發(fā)展過程，對譯者主體性的重視和認可也同樣經(jīng)歷了漫長的過程。因為傳統(tǒng)的翻譯觀是以原語為中心的，作者地位至上的，譯者一直處于從屬地位，其主體性也一直是一個諱莫如深的話題。再加上“忠實”或“對等”被認為是衡量翻譯的最高標(biāo)準，所以譯者要么是“忠實的”要么是“叛逆”的。譯者在翻譯活動中體現(xiàn)出的主觀能動性和創(chuàng)造性沒能得到足夠的重視，譯者主體被長期遮蔽而成為透明的隱形譯者。文化轉(zhuǎn)向為翻譯研究提供了新視角，對傳統(tǒng)的翻譯思想和翻譯標(biāo)準提出質(zhì)疑和挑戰(zhàn)，翻譯活動被置于一個更加廣闊的文化語境之中。翻譯理論家開始關(guān)注文本外的文化因素而不僅僅只是文本內(nèi)的語言因素。在翻譯研究進行了文化反思后，譯者這個被長期忽略的翻譯活動的主體開始得到重視，譯者主體性因而得到肯定，并成為翻譯理論研究的重要組成部分。女性主義翻譯理論是翻譯研究和女性主義研究相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物，是后現(xiàn)代主義翻譯研究中的一個重要的分支。女性主義翻譯研究為翻譯研究提供了新的切入點，探討了翻譯研究中的諸多重點和熱點問題，譯者主體性就是其中之一。但值得注意的是女性主義翻譯研究在為女性和譯者正名的過程...
