隱喻傳統(tǒng)上屬于詩學、修辭學和文學研究的范疇,其研究的歷史可以追溯到二千多年前古希臘杰出的哲學家亞里士多德。近年來,隱喻日益受到哲學家、語言學家和心理學家的普遍關(guān)注而成為眾多學科研究的對象,人們將它視為各種意義理論和語言理解理論的檢驗場。從不同的角度對隱喻的研究說明隱喻在人類認知和社會活動中的重要作用。1980年,Lakoff和Johnson合著的《我們賴以生存的隱喻》一書標志著認知語言學的開始。他們認為隱喻不僅僅關(guān)乎語言本身,而且關(guān)乎人類思維。隱喻,作為一種基本的認知工具,在人類的語言中無處不在,它存在于文學作品中,也存在于其他各個學科和領(lǐng)域中。例如,在股票用語中就有大量隱喻存在。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化腳步的日益加快,人們的生活也日益打上了各種經(jīng)濟活動的烙印,股票用語也日益為人們所熟知。但迄今為止,學界還沒有對股票用語進行全面的研究,更缺乏從認知角度所進行的探討。本文試圖運用認知語言學中的概念隱喻理論從跨文化和跨語言的角度對股票用語中的概念隱喻進行研究。本文首先回顧了隱喻研究發(fā)展的歷史,介紹了概念隱喻理論的哲學基礎(chǔ)、認知基礎(chǔ)和工作機制。其次,作者采用定性分析的方法,從權(quán)威的證券投資詞典、期刊、...
