言語行為的研究是跨文化語用學(xué)的重要課題之一。當(dāng)中關(guān)于中西文化規(guī)范下的請求、道歉、恭維等言語行為的對比研究不勝枚舉,并且產(chǎn)生了大量的研究成果。相比之下,批評作為日常生活中常見的言語行為便存在著很大的研究空間與研究價(jià)值,尤其是具體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流中的批評言語行為�；谔囟ㄑ哉Z行為反映特定文化的觀點(diǎn),本文從跨文化語用學(xué)的角度對中美時(shí)事網(wǎng)頁中的批評言語行為進(jìn)行對比分析,并嘗試探討兩組行為背后所反映的主要的中美文化規(guī)范。論文以言語行為理論、面子論、以及文化可變性維度為基礎(chǔ),分析鳳凰時(shí)事評論、中國日報(bào)、大洋新聞、騰訊新聞、華盛頓郵報(bào)、美國新聞與世界報(bào)道、紐約時(shí)報(bào)的網(wǎng)站中,關(guān)于2009年國內(nèi)和國際的時(shí)政報(bào)道的共480條讀者的批評留言。研究用頻率對比和卡方檢驗(yàn)的方式顯示兩組留言在使用批評策略上的異同,并探討兩者在不同類型的情景語境下語用偏好的變化情況。根據(jù)卡方檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果χ2（19,0.000）=57.016>χ2（19,0.05）=30.14,中美時(shí)事網(wǎng)頁中兩國讀者的批評言語行為存在顯著性差異。而進(jìn)一步的檢驗(yàn)分析顯示顯著性體現(xiàn)在部分批評策略的使用上。此外,在情景語境類型變化（即不同類型的時(shí)事主題、社會距...
