基于語料庫的中美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人新年致辭人際意義比較分析

中美國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人每年發(fā)表新年致辭已成慣例,而如今新年致辭不只是一種形式,更具有實質(zhì)內(nèi)容。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人通過這些講話可以實現(xiàn)一系列的政治目標(biāo),如縮短與公民之間的距離,消除誤解,贏得更多的信任和支持等,因此新年致辭受到越來越多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。但不同國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人發(fā)表的新年致辭又存在異同點,尤其是用來實現(xiàn)人際意義的語言資源。本文擬從評價理論出發(fā),對中美兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人近年來發(fā)表的的新年致辭進行比較分析。澳大利亞語言學(xué)家James R.Martin提出的評價理論是系統(tǒng)功能語法中人際功能研究的延伸,關(guān)注的是運用語言表達態(tài)度和觀點的資源。該理論包含三大主系統(tǒng):態(tài)度、介入和級差。本文將新年致辭分為兩組:中國組和美國組。在語言學(xué)軟件UAM CorpusTool的幫助下,本文以評價理論為框架,結(jié)合定性研究和定量研究方法,比較分析中美兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人自2002年至2018年間對外公開發(fā)表的34篇新年致辭,試圖找出:(1)兩國在評價資源的使用上有何種分布特征;(2)兩國新年致辭中使用評價資源實現(xiàn)人際意義的異同點;(3)導(dǎo)致評價資源使用差異的原因。本文通過比較分析語料得出以下結(jié)論:首先,兩組語篇中都運用了大量的態(tài)度資源,但美國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的致辭...
