【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),受到中國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的攀升和全球范圍內(nèi)的來(lái)華留學(xué)熱潮的影響,來(lái)邕留學(xué)生的數(shù)量不斷增加,留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題也隨之凸顯出來(lái)。本文以111名廣西大學(xué)和廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)的留學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以漢化的Barry的跨文化適應(yīng)態(tài)度量表作為研究工具,用社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件Spss20.0分析了在邕外國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化選擇情況,以及影響他們跨文化適應(yīng)的因素。本研究還使用訪談法對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充,以期能夠?qū)ο嚓P(guān)問(wèn)題的研究獲得更為深入的了解。 關(guān)于在邕留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)有：最受歡迎的是融合策略,采取最少的是邊緣策略,少數(shù)留學(xué)生選擇了分離策略和同化策略,；男性比女性更傾向于采用同化策略和邊緣策略；年齡不是影響跨文化適應(yīng)策略選擇的顯著因素,但在華旅居時(shí)間與邊緣策略呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)；HSK成績(jī)與同化策略和邊緣策略呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)；由于文化距離的原因,越南留學(xué)生比泰國(guó)留學(xué)生更傾向于采用同化策略。因在心理維度和社會(huì)文化維度、私人生活和公共生活中遭遇的問(wèn)題各有不同,個(gè)體可能在不同的情景下采取不同的或多種策略相結(jié)合的方式來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)跨文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題。 訪談結(jié)果顯示,多數(shù)留學(xué)生出于工具型動(dòng)機(jī)而學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ),個(gè)別出于融入型動(dòng)機(jī)；文化休克、漢語(yǔ)能力和社會(huì)支持、留學(xué)生教學(xué)和管理是影響留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的重要因素；漢語(yǔ)水平是影響留學(xué)生與中國(guó)人交友、交流的最重要的因素。 最后,筆者根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,對(duì)廣西高校的留學(xué)生管理和教育以及留學(xué)生提出了若干建議,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐意義：廣西高校應(yīng)完善留學(xué)生入學(xué)指導(dǎo)工作的開(kāi)展、轉(zhuǎn)變留學(xué)生管理思路、增加留學(xué)生社會(huì)支持渠道,并改革對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)模式；與此同時(shí),在邕留學(xué)生應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)情境的融入性和適應(yīng)性,通過(guò)與中國(guó)學(xué)生溝通不斷強(qiáng)化其跨文化交際能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, influenced by the rise of China's comprehensive national strength and the upsurge of coming to China to study in the world, the number of students studying in Yong has been increasing, and the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students has also been highlighted. In this paper, 111 foreign students from Guangxi University and Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects. The cross-cultural adaptation attitude scale of Barry was used as the research tool, and the cross-cultural selection of foreign students in Yong was analyzed by using the social science statistical software Spss20.0. And the factors that affect their cross-cultural adaptation. This study also uses the interview method to supplement the questionnaire method in order to get a better understanding of the related issues. The main findings of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in Yong are as follows: fusion strategy is the most popular, marginal strategy is the least adopted, a few students choose separation strategy and assimilation strategy; Men are more likely to adopt assimilation strategies and marginal strategies than women; age is not a significant factor in the choice of cross-cultural adaptation strategies, but there is a significant negative correlation between expatriate time in China and marginal strategies. The scores of HSK were negatively correlated with assimilation strategies and marginal strategies. Due to cultural distance Vietnamese students were more inclined to adopt assimilation strategies than Thai students. Due to the different problems encountered in private and public life in psychological and sociocultural dimensions, individuals may adopt different or multiple strategies to cope with cross-cultural adaptation in different situations. The results of the interview show that most of the foreign students study Chinese out of instrumental motivation, and individual students are motivated by integration, cultural shock, Chinese ability and social support, teaching and management of foreign students are the important factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students. The level of Chinese is the most important factor that affects the communication between foreign students and Chinese. Finally, according to the results of the research, the author puts forward some suggestions to the management and education of foreign students in Guangxi universities and colleges, which is of great practical significance: Guangxi colleges and universities should improve the guidance work for the admission of foreign students. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the integration and adaptability of the foreign students to the learning situation, and to reform the mode of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, while changing the management of foreign students, increasing the channels of social support for foreign students, and reforming the mode of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. To strengthen their cross-cultural communicative competence through communication with Chinese students.
