論語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制

【摘要】:語(yǔ)篇層面的壓制是一種非常普遍的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象。同其他構(gòu)式一樣,語(yǔ)篇作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的構(gòu)式單位,當(dāng)其形式和功能相互沖突時(shí),就產(chǎn)生了語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制。然而,作為認(rèn)知和功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)分支的構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法卻沒(méi)有將構(gòu)式的思想擴(kuò)展到語(yǔ)篇的范圍。 研究語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制是十分必要的。首先從大的方面來(lái)看,構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法仍局限在句子層面以?xún)?nèi)的研究,對(duì)語(yǔ)篇的研究還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法仍不成氣候;其次,,構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法有關(guān)壓制語(yǔ)篇尚未進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的研究,對(duì)其形成機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行的研究嚴(yán)重不足;此外,語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制研究的理論基礎(chǔ)不應(yīng)局限于構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法本身。 本研究針對(duì)語(yǔ)言研究的這一中心話題,秉承認(rèn)知語(yǔ)法和構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法的基本觀點(diǎn),通過(guò)在語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法中分析語(yǔ)篇壓制現(xiàn)象,試圖將語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制這種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象和人類(lèi)的認(rèn)知能力結(jié)合起來(lái),并運(yùn)用隱喻、轉(zhuǎn)喻及間接言語(yǔ)行為理論對(duì)語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制做出新的闡釋。討論主要從三方面展開(kāi):壓制語(yǔ)篇在詞匯特征、修辭特征、結(jié)構(gòu)特征及語(yǔ)域特征等方面的體現(xiàn)及語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的普遍性;語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的生成機(jī)制;語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的特征。通過(guò)研究分析,以期加深人們對(duì)語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的認(rèn)識(shí),了解語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的本質(zhì)。總之,本研究旨在對(duì)語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制現(xiàn)象有一個(gè)更深入的理解,并希望能夠?yàn)樨S富語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式語(yǔ)法的框架提供可能性。 論文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分介紹了語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的概念,并回顧了以往的研究。第二部分從五個(gè)方面描寫(xiě)了語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制現(xiàn)象。這五個(gè)方面分別是:詞匯特征、語(yǔ)法特征、押韻特征、結(jié)構(gòu)特征和語(yǔ)域特征。大量語(yǔ)料表明,雖然與常規(guī)語(yǔ)篇相比,壓制語(yǔ)篇是一種非常規(guī)現(xiàn)象,但十分普遍。作為一種普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制應(yīng)受到語(yǔ)言學(xué)家更多的關(guān)注。第三部分闡釋了語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的形成機(jī)制。研究表明,語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制是基于兩種相互關(guān)聯(lián)卻又相互不同的思維機(jī)制——隱喻、轉(zhuǎn)喻而產(chǎn)生的。隱喻解釋了語(yǔ)篇的多義性,而轉(zhuǎn)喻解釋了語(yǔ)篇的凸顯性。隱喻與轉(zhuǎn)喻共同存在并作用于語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制。同時(shí),間接言語(yǔ)行為理論也為闡釋語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的生成機(jī)制提供了角度,使得對(duì)語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的解釋更具說(shuō)服力。第四部分討論了語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的兩大特征——壓制強(qiáng)度等級(jí)和語(yǔ)篇性。壓制強(qiáng)度等級(jí)說(shuō)明語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制的多樣性,而語(yǔ)篇性使得壓制語(yǔ)篇能夠區(qū)分于語(yǔ)用失誤。第五部分對(duì)論文的成果及局限性做了總結(jié)。 研究表明,語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制是一種普遍存在的現(xiàn)象;隱喻與轉(zhuǎn)喻是語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制形成的重要機(jī)制;語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制中的壓制現(xiàn)象具有等級(jí)性與多樣性,并不局限于某一固定的模式;語(yǔ)篇構(gòu)式壓制具有語(yǔ)篇性特征,不同于語(yǔ)用失誤。
[Abstract]:The suppression of discourse is a very common linguistic phenomenon. As with other constructions, text, as an independent construction unit, produces textual suppression when its form and function conflict with each other. However, construction grammar, as a branch of cognitive and functional linguistics, does not extend the idea of construction to the scope of discourse. It is necessary to study the suppression of discourse construction. First of all, from a large perspective, the study of construction grammar is still confined to the sentence level, the study of discourse is far from enough, and the textual construction grammar is still not a climate. Secondly, the study on the suppression of discourse by construction grammar has not been thoroughly and meticulously studied. In addition, the theoretical basis of the study on the suppression of discourse construction should not be limited to the construction grammar itself. In view of the central topic of language study, this study is based on the basic viewpoints of cognitive grammar and constructional grammar, and analyzes the phenomenon of discourse suppression in discourse construction grammar. This paper attempts to combine the linguistic phenomenon of discourse construction suppression with human cognitive ability, and uses metaphor, metonymy and indirect speech act theory to make a new interpretation of discourse construction suppression. The discussion mainly includes three aspects: the embodiment of the lexical, rhetorical, structural and register features of the suppression of discourse, the generative mechanism of the suppression of the discourse construction, and the characteristics of the suppression of the discourse construction. Through the research and analysis, we hope to deepen people's understanding of text construction suppression and understand the nature of text construction suppression. In conclusion, the present study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of discourse construction suppression, and hopes to provide a possibility for enriching the framework of discourse construction grammar. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the concept of discourse suppression and reviews previous studies. The second part describes the phenomenon of discourse suppression from five aspects. These five aspects are: lexical features, grammatical features, rhyme features, structural features and register features. A large number of data show that suppression of discourse is an unconventional phenomenon compared with conventional discourse, but it is very common. As a common phenomenon, discourse construction suppression should be paid more attention by linguists. The third part explains the formation mechanism of discourse structure suppression. The research shows that the suppression of discourse construction is based on two interrelated but different thinking mechanisms-metaphor and metonymy. Metaphor explains the polysemy of the text, while metonymy explains the salience of the text. Metaphor and metonymy co-exist and act on textual suppression. At the same time, the theory of indirect speech act also provides an angle to explain the formation mechanism of discourse construction suppression, which makes the interpretation of text construction suppression more persuasive. In the fourth part, we discuss the two characteristics of textual construction suppression, namely, the level of suppression intensity and discourse. The level of suppression intensity illustrates the diversity of textual suppression, while discourse makes it possible to distinguish suppressed texts from pragmatic failures. The fifth part summarizes the achievements and limitations of the paper. The research shows that the suppression of discourse construction is a common phenomenon, that metaphor and metonymy are the important mechanism of the formation of the suppression of discourse construction, that the phenomenon of suppression in the suppression of discourse construction is hierarchical and diverse, and that it is not limited to a fixed pattern. Textual suppression is different from pragmatic failure in that it is textual in nature.
