【摘要】：針對目前海外漢語教學(xué)師資現(xiàn)狀與問題,結(jié)合對部分海外漢語教師進(jìn)行的調(diào)查與訪談,本文認(rèn)為海外漢語教師培訓(xùn)需改變以往的單向注入式培訓(xùn)模式,堅(jiān)持適切、多維、實(shí)用的原則,以問題為導(dǎo)向,以任務(wù)型培訓(xùn)模式為核心,以學(xué)員為中心,加大學(xué)員參與、體驗(yàn)的力度,使學(xué)員能夠在短時(shí)間的培訓(xùn)中獲益最大化。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation and problems of overseas Chinese teaching teachers, combined with the investigation and interview of some overseas Chinese teachers, this paper holds that the training of overseas Chinese teachers should change the former one-way injection training mode and adhere to the appropriate and multidimensional training mode. Practical principles, problem-oriented, task-based training model as the core, student-centered, increase student participation, experience, so that students can maximize the benefits of training in a short period of time.
