泰國南部孔子學(xué)院招生策略研究

【摘要】:泰南的勿洞市和合艾市是泰國的邊境經(jīng)濟重鎮(zhèn),臨近馬來西亞邊境,地理位置特殊,近年來由于受到泰南動亂局勢等因素的影響,經(jīng)濟文化等方面也受到一定的沖擊。泰國共有12所孔子學(xué)院,其中宋卡王子大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院和勿洞市孔子學(xué)院分別設(shè)在合艾和勿洞市,他們在泰南進行著中國語言文化的傳播和推廣。本研究采用定性研究法對研究對象進行深度訪談。研究主要目的有兩個,1)泰南孔子學(xué)院有哪些招生策略?2)泰南孔子學(xué)院招生策略過程受到哪些因素的影響?這些問題都很值得研究。文章以泰南宋卡王子大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院和勿洞市孔子學(xué)院的學(xué)生、家長以及孔子學(xué)院的招生人員為研究對象,學(xué)生和家長方面選擇有代表性的泰國華裔學(xué)生、本土學(xué)生以及穆斯林學(xué)生進行深度訪談,找出泰南孔子學(xué)院主要招生宣傳策,在進行招生宣傳過程中應(yīng)該注意哪些問題。總之,本研究運用了影響到跨文化招生宣傳策略的文化認同、自我認同、跨文化敏感、跨文化談判和跨文化溝通等因素,結(jié)合訪談內(nèi)容進行了細致的研究和分析。
[Abstract]:Maodong City and Heai City in Tainan are the important economic towns of Thailand, near the border of Malaysia, with a special geographical position. In recent years, due to the influence of factors such as unrest in South Thailand, economic and cultural aspects have also been impacted to a certain extent. There are 12 Confucius Institutes in Thailand, of which Confucius Institute of Prince Songka University and Confucius Institute of Maodong City are located in Heai and Maodong City respectively. They spread and popularize Chinese language and culture in Tainan. In this study, the qualitative research method was used to interview the subjects in depth. There are two main objectives of the study: 1) what are the enrollment strategies of the Confucius Institute in southern Thailand? 2) what are the factors affecting the recruitment strategy process of the Confucius Institute in the South of Thailand? These problems are well worth studying. In this paper, the students, parents and students of Confucius Institute of Prince Ka University and Confucius Institute in Maodong City were chosen as the research subjects. The students and their parents chose the representative Chinese Thai students. Local students and Muslim students conducted in-depth interviews to find out the main recruitment propaganda strategy of Confucius Institute in Tainan and what problems should be paid attention to in the process of enrollment publicity. In a word, this study uses the factors of cultural identity, self-identity, cross-cultural sensitivity, cross-cultural negotiation and cross-cultural communication, which affect the intercultural recruitment strategy, and makes a detailed study and analysis on the content of the interview.
