【摘要】：在由多種族組合而成的國(guó)家，語(yǔ)言教育政策的制定與實(shí)施一向被政府視為敏感話(huà)題，，特別是雙語(yǔ)教育，更涉及到各種族的利益。新加坡和美國(guó)同時(shí)采取雙語(yǔ)教育，但一個(gè)是東方國(guó)家，另一個(gè)是西方國(guó)家，其雙語(yǔ)教育又會(huì)存在什么樣的聯(lián)系？本文具體研究以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：兩國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育的驅(qū)動(dòng)性因素、目的、模式以及負(fù)面影響。 總的來(lái)說(shuō)，新加坡和美國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育都取得了一系列的成就。本文采取的研究方法主要是定性研究法，通過(guò)對(duì)比分析對(duì)新加坡和美國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育的歷史背景、教育模式、所存在的問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行探討，這在某種程度上補(bǔ)充了國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于雙語(yǔ)教育研究的不足，加強(qiáng)了雙語(yǔ)教育研究的理論深度，具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 經(jīng)對(duì)比分析，本文得出以下結(jié)論：新加坡和美國(guó)之所以采取不同的教育模式，這是由兩國(guó)社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等驅(qū)動(dòng)性因素引起的；兩國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育的目的也有很大的區(qū)別，新加坡政府實(shí)施雙語(yǔ)教育的目的是保持語(yǔ)言的多樣化，而美國(guó)則主要是采取同化主義，其雙語(yǔ)教育的目的是達(dá)到語(yǔ)言的單一化；盡管兩國(guó)的雙語(yǔ)教育都取得了一系列的成就，但在具體的實(shí)踐中仍存在諸多的問(wèn)題，通過(guò)對(duì)比分析兩國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育存在的問(wèn)題，可以為我國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教育帶來(lái)一些啟示。
[Abstract]:In countries composed of multiracial groups, the formulation and implementation of language education policy has always been regarded as a sensitive topic by the government, especially bilingual education, which involves the interests of all races. Singapore and the United States adopt bilingual education at the same time, but one is an oriental country, the other is a western country. What kind of connection will there be in bilingual education? This paper studies the following issues: the driving factors, objectives, models and negative effects of bilingual education in the two countries. In general, bilingual education in Singapore and the United States has made a series of achievements. The main research methods adopted in this paper are qualitative research, through comparative analysis of the historical background of bilingual education in Singapore and the United States, educational model, existing problems and other aspects. To some extent, it complements the deficiency of bilingual education research in China, strengthens the theoretical depth of bilingual education research, and has certain theoretical and practical significance. Through comparative analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: Singapore and the United States adopt different education models, which are caused by social, political, economic and other driving factors of the two countries, and the purpose of bilingual education in the two countries is also very different. The aim of the Government of Singapore in bilingual education is to maintain linguistic diversity, while in the United States it is mainly assimilationism. The aim of bilingual education in Singapore is to achieve the unification of languages; although bilingual education in both countries has made a series of achievements, However, there are still many problems in the practice. Through the comparative analysis of the problems in bilingual education between the two countries, we can bring some enlightenment to bilingual education in our country.
