中美飲食文化差異及其教學研究

【摘要】:隨著語言教學的發(fā)展,學術(shù)界和教育界對語言教學中的文化因素教學越來越重視。語言與文化密不可分,兩者相互促進,相互影響。所以語言教學中涉及的文化內(nèi)容同樣是留學生必須掌握的重點。在眾多的世界文化風俗中,飲食文化是一個非常重要且具有代表性的方面。在跨文化交際的過程中,文化的廣泛傳播可以加深人們對于所在國家的了解,最具代表性的飲食文化則更能激發(fā)留學生學習語言的熱情。中美飲食各有特色。中華飲食文化歷史悠久,意蘊深厚,博大精深。美國飲食文化方便快捷,具有多元性。盡管中外學者在飲食文化這方面有不少對比研究,但是他們往往只是著眼于某一個文化點,并沒有形成一個詳細的體系。在文化教學上,很多教師也沒有把飲食文化作為系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容進行教學。本文將通過較為系統(tǒng)的對比研究,對中美飲食文化進行比較與分析。同時聯(lián)系教學實際,對語言文化教材中所涉及的飲食文化內(nèi)容進行深入地教學探討,研究其對于文化教學的指導意義。首先在中美飲食概況上,本文將從中美飲食文化、禮儀方式、思想觀念和飲食習慣四大方面進行詳細的分析與對比。在中美飲食文化對比中,筆者主要從飲食結(jié)構(gòu),烹飪手法和節(jié)日飲食三方面進行比較;在禮儀方式對比中,筆者將涉及用餐形式,餐具和用餐禮儀的對比;在中美飲食思維這一塊,筆者將著重分析在飲食文化中差異最明顯的中西思維;在飲食習慣對比中,筆者會結(jié)合中美日常各自的飲食行為分析其優(yōu)缺點。通過四大方面的對比,旨在向讀者討論和探尋文化現(xiàn)象差異背后的精神實質(zhì)和思想內(nèi)涵。其次本文將分析與飲食文化相關(guān)的中美教材。這主要包括漢語語言類教材和文化類教材以及美國語言類教材和多媒體形式的教材。再次本文將從飲食文化因素的教學策略方面進一步探究。除了列舉在教學中所運用的五大教學方法即:講授法、對比法、演示法、參觀法和練習法外,本文將進一步探討實踐文化活動的教學必要性以及教學中多媒體手段的運用。最后,結(jié)合研究的內(nèi)容設(shè)計出成型的教案。通過對中美飲食文化的對比以及相關(guān)的教學研究,筆者力求探索出有利于文化教學的方法,以供日后進一步的研究與參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of language teaching, the academic and educational circles have paid more and more attention to the teaching of cultural factors in language teaching. Language and culture are inseparable. They both promote and influence each other. Therefore, the cultural content involved in language teaching is also the key to the foreign students. In many world cultural customs, the diet culture is one of the most important. A very important and representative aspect. In the process of intercultural communication, the wide spread of culture can deepen people's understanding of the country. The most representative food culture can stimulate the enthusiasm of the students to learn the language. The Chinese and American diet has a long history, profound connotation and profound knowledge. Although Chinese and foreign scholars have many comparative studies in the diet culture, they tend to focus on a certain cultural point and do not form a detailed system. In the teaching of culture, many teachers do not teach food culture as a systematic content. Through a comparatively systematic comparative study, the Chinese and American diet culture is compared and analyzed. At the same time, in connection with the teaching practice, the food culture content involved in the language and culture teaching materials is deeply studied and the guiding significance for the culture teaching is studied. First, the diet culture and etiquette will be made in the Chinese and American diet. In the Chinese and American diet culture contrast, the author mainly compares the diet structure, the cooking technique and the festival diet in the three aspects. In the comparison of the etiquette, the author will involve the comparison of the form of dining, the tableware and the dining etiquette, and the thinking of food and food in China and the United States. The author will focus on the analysis of the most obvious differences between Chinese and Western thinking in the diet culture. In the comparison of dietary habits, the author will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the daily diet behavior of China and the United States. Through the comparison of the four aspects, the author aims to discuss and explore the spiritual essence and ideological connotation behind the differences of cultural phenomena. Analysis of Chinese and American teaching materials related to dietary culture, which mainly include Chinese language teaching materials and cultural materials, and American language teaching materials and multimedia teaching materials. This article will further explore the teaching strategies of dietary culture factors. In addition to enumerating the five teaching methods used in Teaching: teaching method, comparison This article will further discuss the necessity of teaching practice and the use of multimedia means in teaching. Finally, we will design a teaching plan with the content of the study. Through the comparison of Chinese and American diet culture and the related teaching research, the author tries to explore the benefit of culture teaching. The method is for further research and reference.
