【摘要】：機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征研究是著眼于言語(yǔ)外部來(lái)描寫(xiě)言語(yǔ)事實(shí)，體現(xiàn)言語(yǔ)內(nèi)外的聯(lián)系。由于機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)和日常會(huì)話(huà)不同，它具有特定的交際目的，而且反映更多的社會(huì)交往規(guī)律。《非你莫屬》是一檔具有新穎形式和內(nèi)容的電視節(jié)目，，并在一段時(shí)間備受輿論關(guān)注，引起強(qiáng)烈反響。其會(huì)話(huà)兼有職場(chǎng)招聘類(lèi)機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征和電視節(jié)目類(lèi)半機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征，集復(fù)合性和典型性于一體。因此，本文利用機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)理論對(duì)《非你莫屬》機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描寫(xiě)。以其為代表的既時(shí)尚新穎又廣受歡迎的電視節(jié)目，吸引收視興趣的主要手段是通過(guò)言語(yǔ)媒介實(shí)現(xiàn)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)引起語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的重視。 具體論證過(guò)程分四個(gè)步驟：第一部分，簡(jiǎn)要介紹機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)，包括定義、與日常會(huì)話(huà)的區(qū)別以及機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)研究主要內(nèi)容。第二部分是《非你莫屬》機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征的概述以及復(fù)合型機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制。第三部分，描寫(xiě)《非你莫屬》的求職類(lèi)機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征，從會(huì)話(huà)具有明確職場(chǎng)招聘目的、具有序列性和組織性、確定的程序和模式、交際雙方地位不平等四個(gè)方面，并涉及了和一般職場(chǎng)招聘會(huì)話(huà)的對(duì)比分析。第四部分，描寫(xiě)《非你莫屬》的電視節(jié)目類(lèi)半機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征，從參與者交際目標(biāo)的公開(kāi)性和多重性、會(huì)話(huà)重視反饋性、有娛樂(lè)性?xún)A向三個(gè)方面，并作了定量分析。第三和第四部分都結(jié)合大量實(shí)例進(jìn)行論證。本文試圖通過(guò)這四個(gè)步驟的論證，使《非你莫屬》的機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征得到立體的呈現(xiàn)。 本文得出的結(jié)論是：《非你莫屬》會(huì)話(huà)兼有職場(chǎng)招聘類(lèi)機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征和電視節(jié)目類(lèi)半機(jī)構(gòu)性會(huì)話(huà)特征。電視節(jié)目的形式?jīng)Q定會(huì)話(huà)公開(kāi)性和多重性、重視反饋性以及娛樂(lè)性?xún)A向；職場(chǎng)招聘的內(nèi)容決定了會(huì)話(huà)具有明確的機(jī)構(gòu)目的、序列性和組織性、確定的程序和模式及交際雙方地位不平等。
[Abstract]:The study of institutional conversational features is focused on the external speech to describe the facts of speech, reflecting the relationship between the inside and outside of the speech.Because institutional conversation is different from everyday conversation, it has a specific purpose of communication and reflects more laws of social communication. It is a television program with novel forms and contents, and has attracted much public attention for a period of time.Elicited a strong response.Its conversational features include both the institutional conversational features of workplace recruitment and the semi-institutional conversational features of TV programs, which are complex and typical.Therefore, this paper uses the theory of institutional conversation to describe the characteristics of institutional conversation in detail.The main means of attracting the interest of TV programs, which are both fashionable and popular, are realized through speech media, which should be paid more attention to in the field of linguistics.The concrete argumentation process is divided into four steps: the first part briefly introduces the institutional conversation, including the definition, the difference between the institutional conversation and the daily conversation, and the main contents of the institutional conversation research.The second part is an overview of institutional conversational features and the implementation mechanism of compound institutional conversational features.In the third part, the author describes the institutional conversational characteristics of job-hunting, from four aspects: the purpose of job recruitment, the sequence and organization, the established procedure and mode, the unequal status between the two parties.And involved with the general workplace job fair words comparative analysis.In the fourth part, the author describes the semi-institutional conversational characteristics of TV programs, including the openness and multiplicity of participants' communicative goals, the emphasis on feedback and the tendency of entertainment in conversation, and makes a quantitative analysis.The third and fourth parts are combined with a large number of examples to demonstrate.This paper attempts to give a stereoscopic representation of the institutional conversational features of "not your own" through these four steps.The conclusion of this paper is that the conversation has both the institutional conversational features of job recruitment and the semi-institutional conversational features of TV programs.The form of TV programs determines the openness and multiplicity of conversation, the emphasis on feedback and entertainment; the content of job recruitment determines that the conversation has a clear organizational purpose, sequence and organization.Determine the procedures and models and the unequal status of the two parties to the communication.
