【摘要】: 當前,無論教育還是管理界,就專業(yè)音樂教育管理實踐具有其不同一般管理學或一般音樂教育學的獨特性,幾乎已有一定程度上的共識。但專業(yè)音樂教育管理的特殊性究竟表現(xiàn)為哪些特征,又如何與管理學或音樂教育學的一般性協(xié)調發(fā)展,以及,這一實踐如何在理論的指導下發(fā)展,而這一理論又如何建構,等等,諸多問題,卻未見有關理論的全面闡述。因此,本文企圖就此問題,對以往音樂教育管理界的實踐和理論做一些梳理和表述。 本文以專業(yè)音樂教育管理學科構建的必要性、可能性為論文的切入點,就構建學科的相關問題,比如學科構建的背景、構建的基礎、學科構建的體制以及學科構建的意義等幾方面進行了初步的論證,表明構建這門學科的重要和迫切性。 構建專業(yè)音樂教育管理學的提出,既是當代教育科學由綜合到分化、教育管理科學自身邏輯演進的結果,又是當代文化事業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀需要。專業(yè)音樂教育管理研究作為音樂教育的基礎性工程之一,是文化藝術事業(yè)人才支持戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。從某種意義上講,沒有高度發(fā)展、高水平、高質量的專業(yè)音樂教育管理,就不會有持續(xù)高度發(fā)展、高度繁榮的專業(yè)音樂教育事業(yè)。因此,對專業(yè)音樂教育管理進行專門的理論研究,具有戰(zhàn)略意義、符合社會發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律。 當然,專業(yè)音樂教育作為教育的有機組成部分,還是有一些教育管理共性的,都是以“提高教育質量和管理效率”為其研究核心。因此,專業(yè)音樂教育管理學與教育管理學之間有一些共同或交叉的管理思想及管理原則,談及專業(yè)音樂教育管理的特殊性時還是要以遵循教育的普遍規(guī)律為前提。
[Abstract]:At present, whether in education or management, the practice of professional music education management has its unique characteristics of general management or general music education. There is almost a certain degree of consensus, but the particularity of professional music education management is what characteristics, and how to develop with the general coordination of management or music education, and. How to develop this practice under the guidance of the theory, and how to construct the theory, and so on, many problems, but not see a comprehensive explanation of the theory. Therefore, this paper attempts to solve this problem. To the past music education management field of practice and theory to do some sort and express. This paper takes the necessity and possibility of the construction of professional music education and management discipline as the starting point of the paper, on the related issues of the construction of the subject, such as the background of the discipline construction, the basis of the construction. The system of discipline construction and the significance of discipline construction are preliminarily demonstrated, which indicates the importance and urgency of constructing this discipline. The establishment of professional music education management is the result of the logical evolution of modern educational science from synthesis to differentiation. As one of the basic projects of music education, the research of professional music education management is an important part of the talent support strategy of cultural and artistic undertakings. There is no highly developed, high level, high quality professional music education management, there will not be a sustained and highly developed, highly prosperous professional music education. It is of strategic significance to conduct a special theoretical study on the management of professional music education, which conforms to the objective law of social development. Of course, as an organic part of education, professional music education still has some common features of education management, and its research core is "improving the quality of education and the efficiency of management". There are some common or overlapping management thoughts and principles between professional music education management and educational management. When we talk about the particularity of professional music education management, we should follow the general law of education as the premise.
