【摘要】：引導(dǎo)和糾正網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂(lè)"惡搞"現(xiàn)象,離不開相關(guān)傳播規(guī)則的建立,其中,倫理規(guī)訓(xùn)的建立又應(yīng)該作為法規(guī)的必要補(bǔ)充,在浩如煙海的音樂(lè)傳播事件中發(fā)揮日常的秩序維護(hù)作用。我們可以嘗試從倫理學(xué)中的信息倫理學(xué)分支的視角切入,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂(lè)"惡搞"的案例中區(qū)分出可以被規(guī)訓(xùn)的部分,作為實(shí)際可操作的規(guī)訓(xùn)對(duì)象,并在劃分網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂(lè)"惡搞"涉及的各個(gè)當(dāng)事方的前提下,對(duì)發(fā)生于受眾、惡搞者、商業(yè)媒介方、被惡搞的作者及其作品這幾方之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系嘗試設(shè)立初步的合理規(guī)訓(xùn)方案,以期助力于建設(shè)更加健康且多元、有趣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂(lè)文化生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The establishment of relevant communication rules is indispensable to guide and correct the phenomenon of network music "jockeying", among which, the establishment of ethical discipline should be taken as a necessary supplement of laws and regulations and play a daily role in the maintenance of order in the vast number of music communication events. From the perspective of the branch of information ethics in ethics, we can try to distinguish the parts that can be disciplined in the case of "spoof" in the network music, as the practical object of practical discipline. And on the premise of dividing the parties involved in the network music "spoof", it tries to set up a preliminary reasonable discipline scheme for the interaction between the audience, the spoof, the commercial media, the author who has been amused and their works. In order to help build a more healthy and diverse, interesting network music culture ecology.
