【摘要】：低音提琴的學習與表演在現(xiàn)在越來越受到大家的重視和關注,越來越多的教育機構(gòu),音樂培訓班如雨后春筍一般涌現(xiàn)出來,但是在注重音樂本身知識的教學中有忽略了學習者怎么更好的放松自身個部位達到事半功倍的效果,而不注意放松身體還容易對學習者造成生理上的傷害,甚至導致沒有辦法正常學習低音提琴。亞歷山大技法由費得里克·麥特里亞斯·亞歷山大(Frederick Matthias Alexanderl869-1955)創(chuàng)立于19世紀末20世紀初,經(jīng)過近百年的發(fā)展和實踐,早已被醫(yī)學、教育、音樂等眾多領域所肯定及運用。亞歷山大技法通過對背部、頸部以及全身疼痛和僵硬等不適的緩解,幫助我們獲得優(yōu)雅的姿勢、自如的動作、自然的呼吸以及心理上的自信。本文主要分為兩個部分,第一個部分向大家介紹亞歷山大技法的提出及亞歷山大技法的基本原理。第二個部分讓大家了解在低音提琴演奏的基本姿勢和身體各部位的關系及對應怎樣運用亞歷山大技法進行調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The study and performance of the bass violin have attracted more and more attention. More and more educational institutions and music training courses have sprung up.However, in the teaching of paying attention to the knowledge of music itself, some have neglected how the learners can better relax their parts to achieve twice the result with half the effort, while not paying attention to the relaxation of the body can easily cause physiological harm to the learners.It even leads to no way to learn bass properly.Alexander technique was founded in the late 19th century and early 20th century by Frederick Matthias Alexanl869-195. After nearly 100 years of development and practice, it has been affirmed and applied in many fields such as medicine, education, music and so on.Alexander's technique helps us achieve elegant posture, free movement, natural breathing, and psychological confidence by relieving discomfort in the back, neck, and body pain and stiffness.This paper is divided into two parts. The first part introduces Alexander technique and the basic principle of Alexander technique.The second part lets you understand the basic position and body parts of the bass play and how to adjust it using Alexander's technique.
