【摘要】：文章基于泉廈兩地南音專業(yè)團(tuán)體實(shí)地調(diào)研,從樂(lè)團(tuán)現(xiàn)存情況、人員結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)營(yíng)方式三個(gè)方面概括樂(lè)團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì),從近年來(lái)樂(lè)團(tuán)對(duì)外文化交流、個(gè)人與團(tuán)體獲獎(jiǎng)情況來(lái)分析在南音文化傳承中發(fā)揮的成效以及樂(lè)團(tuán)發(fā)展的潛在問(wèn)題;"十三五"時(shí)期文化發(fā)展的有利環(huán)境,給泉廈南音專業(yè)團(tuán)體帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),文章從樂(lè)團(tuán)自身長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展和更好地發(fā)揮南音專業(yè)團(tuán)體在南音文化傳承發(fā)展中的作用,提出要調(diào)整傳統(tǒng)管理模式、提高樂(lè)團(tuán)服務(wù)品質(zhì)和引入市場(chǎng)發(fā)展機(jī)制三點(diǎn)策略建議,要建立起從政府管理層面到樂(lè)團(tuán)再到市場(chǎng)的"三位一體、內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)"穩(wěn)定、健康、有序發(fā)展的良好環(huán)境,在南音文化傳承中發(fā)揮其"國(guó)家隊(duì)"的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of the Nanyin professional organizations in Quanzhou-Xiamen, this paper summarizes the present situation of the orchestra from three aspects: the existing situation, the personnel structure, and the mode of operation of the orchestra. According to the statistics of the data, from the recent years, the Orchestra has exchanged foreign cultures. Individual and group awards have been given to analyze the achievements in the transmission of Nanyin culture and the potential problems in the development of the Orchestra. The favorable environment for cultural development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period has brought opportunities and challenges to the Quanxia Nanyin professional group. Based on the long-term development of the Orchestra itself and the role of Nanyin professional organizations in the development of Nanyin culture, the paper puts forward three strategic suggestions on adjusting the traditional management mode, improving the service quality of the orchestra and introducing the market development mechanism. It is necessary to establish a "trinity, internal and external coordination", a stable, healthy and orderly development environment from the government management level to the orchestra to the market, so as to play a role of "national team" in the transmission of Nanyin culture.
