【摘要】：在快速發(fā)展的當代社會,戲曲衰落趨勢漸顯,面臨著愈來愈嚴峻的生存問題。以傳統(tǒng)藝術形式為主要產(chǎn)品的戲曲院團實際情況很復雜,基本處在國家不補貼即斷血的狀態(tài)。戲曲的振興,歸根結底是要在基層院團身上體現(xiàn)的。通過觀察"花開桃李梅——十地方戲曲劇種《桃李梅》同城匯演"各個參演院團的體制屬性、舞臺表現(xiàn)以及現(xiàn)場觀眾情況,得出在振興戲曲國家已經(jīng)給予政策層面支撐的前提下,基層院團還應該從重視院團管理者綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)、重視多層次人才的培養(yǎng)、重視年輕觀眾的培養(yǎng)這三個方面做出努力的結論。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of contemporary society, the decline trend of opera is gradually showing, facing more and more serious problems of survival. The opera troupe with traditional art form as its main product is very complicated and is basically in the state of blood cut off without subsidy from the state. The rejuvenation of opera, in the final analysis, should be reflected in the grass-roots courtyard. By observing the institutional attributes, stage performance and audience situation of the various performing troupes of "Flower Peach Li Mei-Ten kinds of Local Opera operas," Peach and Plum Plum "in the same city, It is concluded that under the premise that the revitalization of the opera country has been supported at the policy level, the grass-roots colleges and troupes should also attach importance to the training of the comprehensive quality of the managers of the troupes and the cultivation of multi-level talents. Pay attention to the training of young audience in these three aspects of efforts to make a conclusion.
