【摘要】：安慶再芬黃梅藝術(shù)劇院院長(zhǎng)韓再芬女士有著鮮明的個(gè)性特征:其一,追求真的理想境界,即向往做真人,愛(ài)黃梅戲之真并專心致志做真戲;其二,具有難得的理性精神,對(duì)戲曲的本質(zhì)、黃梅戲改革以及藝術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)律等一系列理論問(wèn)題有著獨(dú)到的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解;其三,理想遠(yuǎn)大,并為自己的藝術(shù)之夢(mèng)做不懈的努力。總之,韓再芬是一位有功底、有修養(yǎng)、有膽識(shí)、有抱負(fù)的戲劇人,是一位集表演藝術(shù)家、戲曲改革家和現(xiàn)代演藝公司管理者于一身的杰出人才。
[Abstract]:Ms. Han Zaifen, dean of Anqing Zaifen Huang Mei Art Theater, has distinctive personality characteristics: first, she pursues the true ideal state, that is, yearning to be a real person, loving the truth of Huangmei Opera and concentrating on doing the real play; second, she has a rare rational spirit. A series of theoretical problems, such as the essence of the opera, the reform of Huangmei Opera and the law of artistic development, have a unique understanding and understanding; third, the ideal is lofty, and they make unremitting efforts for their own artistic dream. In short, Han Zaifen is an accomplished, cultivated, courageous, ambitious dramatist, a combination of performing artists, opera reformers and managers of modern performing companies.
