【摘要】：在上世紀90年代的澳大利亞,"理論"在一場激烈的"文化戰(zhàn)爭"之后黯然消退,但此后的澳大利亞文學批評界并未停止腳步,相反,在近20年的時間里,他們通過1)文學的體制性研究;2)文學的數(shù)字化研究;3)文學的跨國化研究,為當代澳大利亞文學批評開拓了一條嶄新的新經(jīng)驗主義道路。當代澳大利亞批評中的新經(jīng)驗主義不是一種簡單的反"理論"范式,它是一種后"理論"方法,它主張將"理論"與豐富的文學研究數(shù)據(jù)結合在一起,以翔實的資料給無生氣的"理論"輸送鮮活的氧氣,因此它是澳大利亞文學批評在新時代、新技術條件下的一種與時俱進。作為一種文學閱讀方法,它強調(diào)基礎和資源,因而是一種更加智慧和務實的閱讀方式。

As a literary reading method, it emphasizes on the basis and resources, so it is a more intelligent and pragmatic way of reading.
