《邊城》是沈從文的代表著作，在中國文學文學史上享有盛譽。自《邊城》問世70余載，共出現(xiàn)四個全譯本，前兩個譯本已鮮有人問津，目前戴乃迭譯本和金介甫譯本相對盛行。以現(xiàn)有資料來看，國內(nèi)外學者對于《邊城》原文進行了充分研究，但對于其譯本的系統(tǒng)研究為數(shù)不多。從翻譯適應選擇論的角度尚未有先例。有鑒于此，本文選擇將《邊城》的翻譯作為研究對象，采用胡庚申的翻譯適應選擇論作為理論基礎(chǔ)對其進行研究。翻譯適應選擇論，強調(diào)譯者與翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境的互聯(lián)互動，對翻譯的本質(zhì)，過程，標準，原則和方法以及翻譯現(xiàn)象等給予了新的解釋。筆者認為在翻譯適應選擇論和《邊城》譯本的結(jié)合方面大有深入挖掘的必要和可能。本文依托翻譯適應選擇論，對比分析《邊城》最新的兩個譯本——戴乃迭譯本（1981）和金介甫譯本（2009），主要圍繞三方面展開：（1）以原文為典型要件的翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境對譯者做了怎樣的選擇，或者說作為譯者，戴乃迭和金介甫適應了什么樣的翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境；（2）以譯者為典型要件的翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境對譯文做了怎樣的選擇，或者說戴乃迭和金介甫如何選擇譯文；（3）作為適應性選擇的結(jié)果，戴乃迭和金介甫的譯本是否能夠滿足翻譯適應選擇論的譯評標準而“適者長...
