從認(rèn)知角度看文學(xué)翻譯中的創(chuàng)造性叛逆

【摘要】:翻譯是一種語言轉(zhuǎn)換活動,更是譯者的認(rèn)知思維活動。認(rèn)知語言學(xué)認(rèn)為,語言是在體驗和認(rèn)知的基礎(chǔ)上形成的。其最重要觀點之一即:對現(xiàn)實的感知是認(rèn)知的基礎(chǔ),認(rèn)知又是語言的基礎(chǔ),“現(xiàn)實—認(rèn)知—語言”三者存在一個依次決定的序列關(guān)系。語言是思維的窗口,認(rèn)知是現(xiàn)實與語言的中介,現(xiàn)實通過認(rèn)知對語言發(fā)生作用,語言是認(rèn)知發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,同時,語言對認(rèn)知和現(xiàn)實具有一定的反作用(王寅,2010:8)。體驗認(rèn)知是人類感知世界和形成概念的方式,語言研究必須同概念形成過程相聯(lián),以對語言形成做出本源性的解釋。 本文從體驗認(rèn)知視角,分析意象再現(xiàn)及譯者思維規(guī)律,探究創(chuàng)造性叛逆成因。論文指出,譯者的體驗認(rèn)知是影響詩歌意象再現(xiàn)的重要因素,具體表現(xiàn)為對個體意象的體驗認(rèn)知具有具象性,而對整體意象的體驗認(rèn)知則表現(xiàn)為推理性。在意象再現(xiàn)過程中,經(jīng)認(rèn)知圖式及譯者主觀努力后,個體意象的再現(xiàn)呈現(xiàn)多樣性,或出現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵更為豐富的個體意象,或出現(xiàn)更易于接受的譯文,,即創(chuàng)造性叛逆,文學(xué)作品翻譯正是譯者基于原作的再創(chuàng)作!豆粽搫(chuàng)作》編后記(1982:8)中說“文學(xué)翻譯與創(chuàng)作無以異,好的翻譯等于創(chuàng)作,甚至超過創(chuàng)作,因此文學(xué)翻譯須寓有創(chuàng)作精神!笨梢姡侠淼膭(chuàng)造應(yīng)該被提倡。 董史良(1988:85)指出,翻譯的內(nèi)在規(guī)律在于人類的思維機制,所以翻譯研究的突破最終有賴于對人類思維的研究。認(rèn)知語言學(xué)著力描寫語言與其他認(rèn)知能力之間的相互關(guān)系,語言是如何在認(rèn)知基礎(chǔ)上形成的,并解釋語言背后的認(rèn)知機制,顯示獨特的認(rèn)知功能,為揭示翻譯思維,把握翻譯實質(zhì),研究翻譯理論和實踐提供了新的視角和途徑。
[Abstract]:Translation is a language conversion activity, but also a cognitive thinking activity of the translator. Cognitive linguistics holds that language is formed on the basis of experience and cognition. One of its most important viewpoints is that perception of reality is the basis of cognition, and cognition is the basis of language. There is a sequential relationship between reality-cognitive-language and "reality-cognitive-language". Language is the window of thinking, cognition is the intermediary between reality and language, reality acts on language through cognition, language is the product of cognitive development, and language has a certain reaction to cognition and reality (Wang Yin / 2010: 8). Experiential cognition is a way for human beings to perceive the world and form concepts. Language research must be associated with the process of concept formation in order to explain the origin of language formation. From the perspective of experiential cognition, this paper analyzes the reproduction of image and the law of translator's thinking, and probes into the causes of creative treason. The paper points out that the translator's experiential cognition is an important factor affecting the reproduction of poetic imagery, which is embodied in the experiential cognition of the individual image, while the experiential cognition of the whole image is inferential. In the process of image reproduction, after the cognitive schema and the translator's subjective efforts, the reproduction of individual image presents diversity, or the appearance of a richer individual image, or the emergence of a more acceptable translation, that is, creative treason. Translation of literary works is just the re-creation of the translator based on the original work. "Literary translation is no different from creation, good translation is equal to creation, or even more than creation, so literary translation must contain creative spirit," according to the book "Guo Moruo on creation" (1982: 8). Therefore, reasonable creation should be advocated. Dong Shiliang (1988: 85) pointed out that the internal law of translation lies in the mechanism of human thinking, so the breakthrough of translation studies ultimately depends on the study of human thinking. Cognitive linguistics focuses on describing the relationship between language and other cognitive abilities, how language is formed on the basis of cognition, and explaining the cognitive mechanism behind language, showing its unique cognitive function, in order to reveal translation thinking. Grasping the essence of translation and studying translation theory and practice provide a new perspective and approach.
