我國藝術(shù)類高職院校存在的教學(xué)問題與改革對策

【摘要】:正目前,在我國藝術(shù)類高職院校的教學(xué)過程中普遍存在著一個重要的問題,就是在教學(xué)中著重教會學(xué)生專業(yè)藝術(shù)知識與技能,卻忽視了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對未來職業(yè)進行了解和規(guī)劃,因此學(xué)生們既無法在自己寶貴的三年高職藝術(shù)教育中學(xué)習(xí)到就業(yè)崗位上所需的理論知識,也無法真正掌握今后作為藝術(shù)從業(yè)者所需的各項能力。藝術(shù)類高職院校教學(xué)內(nèi)容、方式與市場需求的錯位,使得藝術(shù)類高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)面較窄,同樣也會導(dǎo)致他們從業(yè)后的發(fā)展緩慢。
[Abstract]:At present, there is an important problem in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges of art in our country, that is, the emphasis is on teaching students' professional art knowledge and skills, but they neglect to train students to understand and plan their future careers. Therefore, the students can not only learn the theoretical knowledge needed in the position of employment in their precious three years of higher vocational art education, but also can not really grasp the various abilities that they need as art practitioners in the future. The dislocation of teaching content, mode and market demand in higher vocational colleges of art makes the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges of art narrow, and it will also lead to the slow development of their employment.
