【摘要】：《歸途》是利比亞作家希山姆·瑪塔爾（Hisham Matar）在《紐約客》雜志上發(fā)表的一篇文章。文章講敘了在卡扎菲政權(quán)倒臺(tái)后，作者一家人回利比亞的經(jīng)過。同時(shí)，一路上作者回憶了他父親的故事。作者的父親是一位卡扎菲政權(quán)反對(duì)者。1990年，他被埃及秘密警察綁架，之后移交給了卡扎菲政府。在那之后，作者再也沒有見過他父親。該文刊登以來(lái)，其真摯的情感、特殊的政治背景吸引了廣大讀者。文中，現(xiàn)實(shí)與回憶兩條線索貫穿全文，使得銜接為行文的通順、連貫起了重要作用。 銜接使語(yǔ)言表達(dá)簡(jiǎn)潔、主題明確、邏輯清晰。根據(jù)韓禮德、哈桑的理論，，英語(yǔ)中有五類銜接手段：照應(yīng)、替代、省略、連接及詞匯銜接。本文是基于《歸途》這篇文章的翻譯報(bào)告，旨在分析原文中的銜接手段,然后給出相應(yīng)的翻譯策略。全文分為四個(gè)部分，即任務(wù)描述、過程描述、案例分析和結(jié)論。案例分析是全文重點(diǎn)，分為兩個(gè)部分。第一部分仔細(xì)分析了原文中使用的銜接手段。第二部分討論探索了四種翻譯策略，即再現(xiàn)原語(yǔ)銜接手段，省略原語(yǔ)銜接手段，增加原語(yǔ)銜接手段和轉(zhuǎn)換原語(yǔ)銜接手段。 盡管很多文章已經(jīng)討論過銜接的重要性，但該文通過對(duì)原文詳細(xì)的分析給出具體的翻譯策略,也給出了作者自己對(duì)翻譯銜接手段的看法。希望此文能對(duì)翻譯研究和學(xué)習(xí)盡一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:"the way back" is an article published in the New Yorker magazine by Libyan writer Hisham Matar. about the family's return to Libya after the fall of Gaddafi's regime. Along the way, the author recalls the story of his father, an opponent of the Qaddafi regime. In 1990, he was kidnapped by the Egyptian secret police and handed over to the Gadhafi government. The author has never seen his father again. Since the publication of the article, its sincere feelings and special political background have attracted a large number of readers. Coherence plays an important role. According to Halliday and Hasan's theory, there are five kinds of cohesive devices in English: anaphora, substitution, ellipsis. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cohesive devices in the original text, and then give the corresponding translation strategies. The thesis is divided into four parts: task description, process description, and so on. Case analysis and conclusion. Case analysis is the focus of the paper, which is divided into two parts. The first part carefully analyzes the cohesive devices used in the original text. Omit the cohesive devices of the source language, increase the cohesive devices of the source language and change the cohesive devices of the original language. Although the importance of cohesion has been discussed in many articles, this paper presents specific translation strategies through detailed analysis of the original text. The author also gives his own views on translation cohesive devices and hopes that this paper can contribute to translation research and learning.
