【摘要】： “創(chuàng)造性叛逆”這一術語是法國文學社會家埃斯卡皮最先提出的，指的是譯者對原文的不忠實在譯文中的反映。比較文學家們將翻譯而成的文學作品視為目標語文學的一部分，認為“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”這一文學現(xiàn)象一方面是作為第一讀者的譯者對原語文化的誤解，反映了兩種文化在譯者頭腦中的碰撞；另一方面，正是許多譯作中的創(chuàng)造性叛逆引發(fā)了目標語文化中的文學運動，促進了該文學的進步與多樣性發(fā)展，因此具有獨特的研究價值與貢獻。 有的比較文學家們認為即使最差的譯者也能反映一個集團或一個時代的審美觀。然而，在翻譯實踐中，譯者的水平參差不齊，有些“叛逆”只能反映譯者個人的疏忽和草率，這樣的“叛逆”能有多少特殊的研究價值呢?另外，“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”不僅是一種現(xiàn)象，同時也是譯者的翻譯行為，那就必然要像人類的其他行為一樣需要規(guī)約和指導。那么要如何規(guī)約呢?本文試圖從傳統(tǒng)的忠實原則中尋求答案。 遵循忠實的原則與發(fā)揮譯者的創(chuàng)造性叛逆并不沖突，而是相輔相成的，中西方主張忠實的傳統(tǒng)翻譯理論對創(chuàng)造性叛逆都有所涉及，對兩者的關系也都有過論述。從翻譯的兩個階段一理解和表達一來分析，忠實的理解是不可或缺的。所謂忠實理解，就是譯者在翻譯之前要查閱相關資料，了解作品的背景，作者的生平和主要思想，甚至要閱讀作者的其他作品，加深對其風格和思想的領悟。盡管人的能力有限，但譯者應該盡最大努力理解作者的本意和原作的藝術價值，由于譯者本人的疏忽和粗心而造成的歪曲理解，都不是忠實的理解。忠實的表達應該是對譯者腦中所形成的忠實理解的表達。由于社會背景、譯者本人的態(tài)度及目的等種種因素，譯者在表達階段難免有所叛逆。但是，由于譯者個人表達水平等問題所導致的表達不清或表達錯誤等現(xiàn)象，不僅不是忠實的表達，還是毫無意義的叛逆，不光對比較文學研究意義甚微，在翻譯實踐中也是應該絕對避免的。 通過對回顧和研究中西方主張忠實的代表性翻譯理論，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)它們并沒有將忠實與叛逆對立起來，而是肯定了譯者叛逆的創(chuàng)造性與重要性，，以及兩者在翻譯實踐中的共存關系。因此，無論是從比較文學研究的角度看，還是從指導翻譯實踐的角度看，將遵循忠實原則與發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性叛逆有意識的相結合都具有可行性和必要性。對比較文學家來說，譯者在遵循忠實原則的前提下所反映在譯作中的創(chuàng)造性叛逆才能真正反映兩種文化的碰撞與差異，才具有特殊的研究價值；對譯者本人來說，認識到忠實與叛逆相輔相成這一點，他們能更客觀的看待忠實與叛逆。一方面，盡管絕對忠實不可實現(xiàn)，但翻譯始終要在原文限制之下，叛逆也只有以原文為依托才有意義；另一方面，叛逆是譯者創(chuàng)造性發(fā)揮的結果，有其客觀必然性，并不是譯者個人的錯。這樣一來，譯者在文學翻譯實踐中，能夠更自如地處理兩者關系，保持良好的心態(tài)，擺正自己的位置。 按照這一思路，本文分為四部分。第一部分簡短回顧并分析了比較文學家對翻譯的研究，簡單介紹了“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”的提出以及在中國的發(fā)展和應用；第二部分進一步分析了“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”產(chǎn)生的原因及其獨特價值和特殊貢獻，并指出了幾點局限；第三部分針對這些局限，分析了主張忠實的代表性傳統(tǒng)理論，指出從比較文學研究角度看，“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”所指的范圍應該受到忠實原則的制約，從翻譯實踐的角度看，“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”與遵循忠實原則應該有機結合；第四部分通過分析優(yōu)秀譯作的例子，提出對兩者結合的建議，即譯者應該有限并有效的進行“創(chuàng)造性叛逆”；同時指出，創(chuàng)造性叛逆的發(fā)揮受到歷史因素和目標語詩學規(guī)范的影響，時代不同，對譯者創(chuàng)造性發(fā)揮的評判也有所差異。
[Abstract]:The term " creative treason " is first put forward by the French literature society ' s Escarp , referring to the translator ' s unfaithfulness in the translation . The comparison of literary works as the first reader in the literary works is regarded as a part of the target language literature , which reflects the clash between the two cultures in the translator ' s mind ; on the other hand , it is the creative treason in many translations that has triggered the literary movement in the target language culture , thus promoting the development of the literature and the development of diversity , thus having unique research value and contribution . Some of the scholars think that even the worst translators can reflect the aesthetic appearance of a group or an era . However , in the practice of translation , the translator ' s level is uneven , and some " treason " can only reflect the translator ' s individual ' s negligence and the grass - rate . In addition , the " creative treason " is not only a phenomenon , but also the translator ' s translation behavior . So how should the Statute be done ? This article attempts to seek the answer from the traditional faithful principle . The translator should do his best to understand the writer ' s meaning and the original artistic value . The translator should try his best to understand the writer ' s meaning and the original artistic value . On the other hand , in the context of comparative literature research , the translator ' s creative treason , which is reflected in the translation practice , has the feasibility and necessity . According to the thought , this paper is divided into four parts . The first part briefly reviews and analyses the author ' s research on translation , briefly introduces the " creative treason " and its unique value and special contribution , and points out some limitations . In the second part , the author points out that the scope of " creative treason " should be restricted by the faithful principle .
