飛機(jī)蒙皮高固體分航空涂料的研制

【摘要】:我國民用航空快速成長,市場需求巨大,其配套裝飾防護(hù)涂料產(chǎn)品如高固體分聚氨酯涂料等的用量逐年增加,進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品價(jià)格高,增加了產(chǎn)品制造成本和維修成本,大規(guī)模采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品無形中增加了加工制造成本和維修成本。更重要的是,我們不能把國內(nèi)市場拱手予人又受制于人,因此我們要盡快生產(chǎn)出自己的商用飛機(jī)用配套涂料。本課題研究通過以下三個(gè)步驟來制備飛機(jī)蒙皮高固體分航空涂料:首先,采用六氫苯酐(HHPA)、1,6-己二醇、1,4-環(huán)己烷二甲醇(CHDM)、三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)、三羥乙基異氰脲酸酯(THEIC)、叔碳酸縮水甘油酯通過梯度升溫和分批投料的方式進(jìn)行酯化脫水反應(yīng)合成高羥值聚酯樹脂,測試結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)n(CHDM):n(THEIC):n(TMP)=0.3:0.4:1,叔碳酸縮水甘油酯用量占固體樹脂總量的15%時(shí),聚酯樹脂具有較為優(yōu)異的性能。其次,通過有機(jī)硅中間體接枝反應(yīng)的方式對高羥值聚酯樹脂進(jìn)行改性。測試結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)有機(jī)硅中間體占改性聚酯樹脂的用量在60%左右時(shí),制備的有機(jī)硅改性高羥值聚酯樹脂具有較好的性能;樹脂羥值大于240mgKOH/g時(shí),會(huì)影響到樹脂的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性。最后,通過篩選固化劑種類及配比,選擇搭配功能性顏填料、助劑和溶劑制備飛機(jī)蒙皮高固體分航空涂料。經(jīng)各項(xiàng)性能測試后,該涂料達(dá)到了最新的蒙皮涂料規(guī)范要求,符合國家現(xiàn)行的環(huán)保政策法規(guī)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of civil aviation in China, the market demand is huge. The consumption of the matching decorative and protective coating products such as high solid polyurethane coatings is increasing year by year, the price of imported products is high, and the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost of the products are increased. The large-scale adoption of imported products increases the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost. More importantly, we cannot sell and control the domestic market, so we need to produce our own commercial aircraft coatings as soon as possible. In this paper, we study the preparation of aircraft skin high solid aeronautical coatings through the following three steps: first, using hexahydrophthalic anhydride (HHPA), 1,6-hexanediol, 1,4-cyclohexane dimethyl alcohol (CHDM), trimethylol propane (TMP),. Trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate (THEIC),) tert glycidyl carbonate was synthesized by esterification dehydration reaction with gradient heating and batch feeding, and high hydroxyl value polyester resin was synthesized. The test results showed that the polyester resin had excellent properties when n (CHDM): n (THEIC): n (TMP) = 0.3 脳 0.4 ml and the content of glycidyl tert carbonate accounted for 15% of the total solid resin. Secondly, the high hydroxyl value polyester resin was modified by organosilicon intermediate graft reaction. The test results show that the silicone modified high hydroxyl polyester resin has better performance when the content of silicone intermediate is about 60% of the modified polyester resin. When the hydroxyl value of the resin is greater than 240mgKOH/g, the storage stability of the resin will be affected. Finally, the aircraft skin high-solid aeronautical coatings were prepared by selecting the type and proportion of curing agents, selecting functional pigment fillers, auxiliaries and solvents to prepare aircraft skin high-solid aeronautical coatings. After various performance tests, the coating has reached the latest skin coating specification requirements, in line with the current national environmental policies and regulations.
