【摘要】：通過對人造板基材和貼面材料(薄木)的含水率調整處理、完全去除基材表面的致密硬化層、熱壓過程參數(shù)控制及熱壓后貼面裝飾板的養(yǎng)護等工藝技術的創(chuàng)新,以改進傳統(tǒng)薄木貼面的生產(chǎn)工藝。試驗結果表明:技術創(chuàng)新后的人造板基材貼薄木飾面板件的尺寸偏差小,翹曲變形≤1%,貼面裝飾板的浸漬剝離長度為20 mm,表面膠合強度0.5 MPa,貼面質量得到保證,貼面板件的理化性能更加優(yōu)異,產(chǎn)品合格率提高60%以上。
