【摘要】：基于模外裝飾工藝原理,對模外裝飾自動換膜機構進行了詳細設計,其中包含撫平輪和夾緊輪部分、機構固定部分、機架部分和裁刀部分。撫平輪和夾緊輪部分由撫平輪、夾緊輪、軸承、軸承套和搖桿等組成;機構固定部分由電機、壓塊、壓塊桿、軸承蓋和搖桿等組成,機架部分由滾動導軌副、底板、滾珠絲桿副、步進電機、滾筒支架等組成;裁刀部分由側板、導向桿、滑塊和驅動電機組成。該套模外裝飾自動換膜機構能夠滿足設計要求和實際需要。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of die decoration technology, the automatic film changing mechanism of mould decoration is designed in detail, which includes smoothing wheel and clamping wheel part, mechanism fixing part, frame part and cutting knife part. The smoothing wheel and the clamping wheel part are composed of the smoothing wheel, the clamping wheel, the bearing sleeve and the rocker rod, etc. The fixed part of the mechanism is composed of motor, press bar, bearing cover and rocker, etc. The frame part is composed of rolling guide rail pair, bottom plate, ball wire rod pair, step motor, roller support and so on. The cutting tool part consists of side plate, guide rod, slide block and driving motor. The automatic film changing mechanism can meet the design requirements and practical needs.
