【摘要】：湖南德森裝飾集團系一家集工程咨詢、空間設(shè)計與施工、品牌材料及優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)于一體的大型工裝企業(yè)。近幾年來,集團業(yè)務(wù)不斷發(fā)展,集團規(guī)模也不斷擴大。但集團內(nèi)部員工的辦公還停留在Office軟件加打印機的時代,文件、設(shè)計圖紙等各種公文的傳遞還是依靠人工或郵件或QQ等渠道,效率低下,關(guān)鍵是缺乏安全性和保密性。隨著集團業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展與規(guī)模地擴大,集團急需要一個高效、快速、安全的互聯(lián)辦公平臺,以提高公司內(nèi)部整體的工作效率與業(yè)務(wù)水平,并且能夠為企業(yè)節(jié)省辦公成本,并提高其核心業(yè)務(wù)的保密水平�；谝陨媳尘�,并受德森裝飾集團委托,作者設(shè)計開發(fā)了德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)。本文首先對論文所涉及項目的建設(shè)背景、功能性需求進行了分析與闡述。然后在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)。根據(jù)需求分析提出了設(shè)計目標和設(shè)計原則。并對系統(tǒng)的功能進行了總體設(shè)計,闡述了該系統(tǒng)所采用的主要技術(shù)手段及技術(shù)架構(gòu),并簡單介紹了各項技術(shù)的基本特點。然后再簡要介紹了設(shè)計架構(gòu)原理以及采用簡單三層架構(gòu)方案的原因。并描述了德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫及主要數(shù)據(jù)表的設(shè)計架構(gòu)。在前面章節(jié)的設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,本文再詳細描述實現(xiàn)德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層的主要類及其所包含的方法,通過表格的形式對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中的主要方法及其功能進行了說明。然后簡要描述了德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)訪問層及其接口的實現(xiàn)。然后,文章詳細描述了德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)的設(shè)計及實現(xiàn)。首先簡要說明了表現(xiàn)層設(shè)計方法及原則,通過表現(xiàn)層的設(shè)計體現(xiàn)對用戶體驗的重視。然后對德森裝飾集團OA系統(tǒng)中的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程按照企業(yè)內(nèi)部部門分別描述,即“商務(wù)設(shè)計部”、“繪圖部”、“工程部”三個部門中的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程的實現(xiàn),主要針對各部門不同用戶使用的各項功能的界面設(shè)計與關(guān)鍵代碼。而這三個部門的業(yè)務(wù)流程也是本系統(tǒng)第一階段要實現(xiàn)的業(yè)務(wù)流程目標。最后,文章針對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計及使用的情況進行了簡單總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Hunan Desen Decoration Group is a large tooling enterprise which integrates engineering consulting, space design and construction, brand material and high quality service. In recent years, the group business continues to develop, the group scale is also expanding. However, the internal office of the group still stays in the era of Office software plus printer, documents, design drawings and other documents are still rely on manual or mail or QQ channels, inefficient, the key is the lack of security and confidentiality. With the continuous development and scale expansion of the group business, the group urgently needs an efficient, fast and secure interconnected office platform to improve the overall working efficiency and business level of the company, and to save office costs for the enterprise. And improve the level of confidentiality of its core business. Based on the above background, and entrusted by the Decoration Group, the author designed and developed the OA system of the Decoration Group. In this paper, the construction background and functional requirements of the project involved in the paper are analyzed and expounded. Then, on the basis of requirement analysis, the whole architecture of OA system is designed. According to the requirement analysis, the design goal and design principle are put forward. The function of the system is designed as a whole, the main technical means and the technical framework used in the system are expounded, and the basic characteristics of the various technologies are briefly introduced. Then it briefly introduces the design principle and the reason of adopting simple three-tier architecture. This paper also describes the design framework of OA database and main data table of Desen Decoration Group. On the basis of the design of the previous chapters, this paper describes in detail the main classes of the business logic layer of the OA system and the methods it contains, and explains the main methods and functions of the system design in the form of tables. Then it briefly describes the data access layer of OA system and the implementation of its interface. Then, the paper describes the design and implementation of OA system performance. Firstly, the design methods and principles of presentation layer are briefly explained, and the importance of user experience is reflected by the design of presentation layer. Then the main business processes in the OA system of Dsen Decoration Group are described according to the internal departments of the enterprise, that is, "Business Design Department", "drawing Department" and "Engineering Department". The interface design and key code are mainly aimed at the various functions used by different users in various departments. The business process of these three departments is also the first stage of the system to achieve business process objectives. Finally, the paper summarizes the design and use of the system.
